  2. I couldnt tell you because mine is sitting in my wardrobe waiting to go on. But i think there are some other people around here who use them. Adam
  3. $300? my Nismo one cost ~$150 Adam
  4. I have had great experience with my garret actuator. Holds 15psi really well but does drop off to 13psi up high in the rev range, but that is, as R31Nismoid said, the turbo getting out of its efficiency. Adam
  5. As far as I understand fuel pressures, fuel pressure = stock pressure (38psi) + boost pressure. So it is sort of variable depending on your right foot. Rising Rate I think it is called. Adam

  7. Yeah Greenline have been excellent in my dealings with them. I have gotten 3-4 different items from them now and never had a problem. Adam
  8. Hi Guys, I am just a little confused after receiving conflicting info from our two favourite jap parts suppliers. Greenline gave me a quote on some Nismo 555cc injectors for my rb25det. Nengun told me Nismo dont make 555's for an rb25det and only make 740's. According to the online Nismo catalogue they do make the 555s. So my question is, does the larger (740cc) injector effect the idle quality? or is it pretty much the same? Only reason I ask is I was quoted less for the 740's than the 555's Thanks Adam
  9. My Link has these features, it is pretty cool. Only I am suffering problems with it not disengaging well after I release the clutch. I think it is due to a dodgy earth. All it really is is a lower rev limit that is turned on by a clutch switch. I think you can get a Jaycar kit, but I think they would be a little more difficult to set up. Adam
  10. Even though this isnt a first hand experience, the place I am looking at getting my injectors high flowed, and where i get all my work done, currently has a R33 gtst with highflowed injectors. The results were apparently quite good. I dont have the exact figures, but I was told by my mate who works there that after getting them done they were able to make more power and with less injector duty. This car regularly competes at various track days here in melb, and is daily driven. I was also told the method of highflowing was drilling them out by a thou. Adam
  11. I think he was after first hand experience. Adam
  12. The very same can be said about internet forums..... Adam
  13. I am actually seriously considering going down this path, I can apparently get it done for around $200 for all 6 injectors through a connection I have. When I get around to having it done, after I will get them flow tested and post up the results. That way we can have some solid data on the benefits, if any. Adam
  14. I think Gojira was making a joke... For further information please consult: http://dictionary.reference.com/search?q=joke Adam
  15. Hi Guys, A mate and I went to install my Tomei fuel pump kit for my R33 Gtst on the weekend and came across an odd thing. The kit came with a relief valve that is supposed to be installed in line (see attachments). The valve has a thread on it like it is supposed to screw into something, but there was nothing there. S15's seem to have these according to the workshop manual, but nothing mentioned in the R33 one. We came to the conclusion that maybe it was for the purpose of releasing pressure in th fuel line if it gets too high?? Anyway the relief valve is a genuine nissan item, and we installed it anyway. It all started and I drove to work today without issue, but I didnt get on boost just in case. I have attached jpg's of the instructions for anyone who can read japanese, but my main questions are What is the purpose for this valve? Should it be in there? (as it seems instructions are generic) What if I left it out? Thanks Adam :headspin: *edit all 3 pics arent uploading correctly, will upload tonight at home
  16. I think T-Sport make such a device. Have a look at www.mrtrally.com.au My Link ECU has launch control, it is pretty cool, still ironing out the bugs, but full throttle shifts are slick. Adam
  17. Have a look at: http://www.business.gov.au/Business+Entry+Point/ and http://www.ato.gov.au/ They will have most of the info you need to know. Adam

  22. With the waterspray for the FMIC, I have a hob switch (i think that is what it is called), which is basically a switch which is activated by pressure. So I have it mounted on a pressure source and when it gets above 12psi the waterspray is activated. I think the switch is adjustable as well. Adam
  23. Pm BATMBL here on the forums or check his post in the for sale area. He is able to provide all in one dump/front pipes. I got one and am very happy with it. Adam
