Tonight my r32's speedo stopped working, then a few minutes later the hicas light came on and my steering got stiff. Yes it does have a lock bar but normally the light doesn't come on, it's been locked for around six months and the light has only ever come on when my powersteering line leaked all the fluid out. Just wondering if anyone knows how to fix it?

Replaced the radiator cap and it seems that all is good. Thanks for the help

Alright it's not bubbling in the over flow bottle anymore, it just spat coolant out from the top overflow thing on the bottle? My guess is that it's blown a head gasket.

Just bleed the whole system properly and it seems all is good. Thanks guys!

Just got back home then and it spat a bit of coolant out. Today I had the radiator out to mount my thermo back up and I flushed water through the radiator and put new pre-mix coolant in it

Some of the radiator fins are pretty bashed up, it has a thermo fan doesn't run the clutch fan anymore. Both the thermo and front aircon fan thing come on when it gets hot hot. The car only has a genuine 103xxxkm's on it so I'm guessing that's how old the water pump is hahaha? A week or two ago the brackets on the thermo snapped and I was stupid enough to drive it one night with out the thermo fan and it over heated that same night and since then it's just been getting really hot

Well it just boils into the overflow bottle. Radiator isn't blocked as I had it out today and flushed water through all the holes. It's doing it at the moment, I just opened the radiator cap and the water it pumping up and then down?

Hey guys, lately my r32 gts-t water started boiling in the overflow bottle but the temp gauge doesn't even creep over half. Anyone know what it could be?

Hey guys, just wondering is it possible to put the gts-4 centre into my gts-t diff housing? I know it'll bolt up but just wondering if the stub axles will fit.

Are you talking about the shims either side of the bearings? If so I put one shim either side. But if you're talking about the actual shim I just put on, I just put it straight on top if the existing shim.

Hey's guys, I shimmed my diff and this afternoon I put it all in and now when I try drive the it makes a loud cruncing/knocking noise when going into reverse and back into gear ect. It sounds like the crown wheel isn't gripping onto the pinion. Anybody have any idea's where I went wrong?

Hey guys, today I shimmed my vlsd but in the process I lost one of the little circlips that go on the little half shafts. Just wondering if I don't put one back in will my diff leak oil?

Got more power steering fluid, bleed it and I've got power steering back. But it's still making that horrible noise from the pump?

Yeah I'm out of powersteering fluid, I'll get some more in the morning. That's for you help!

Yeah I did it with the car running, I drove it for like another five minutes with no power steering when it happened because I thought the belt just snapped as it is on the way already. Yes it did look a little frothy, the reservoir wasn't filled to the top it's was like 1/4 full because I ran out of power steering fluid. I put 1.2 litres in it?

So I have to bleed it yeah? I jacked the front of the car up so the wheels are off the ground. Took the cap and went lock to lock around 10 times. It turns easily when it isn't on the ground but as soon as it's back on the ground it's really really stiff?

So today I was driving my r32 and the rear line where it's been looped for hicas delete came off so it sprayed p/s fluid everywhere and my steering got really stiff. I got home and put the line back on then filled it back up with power steering fluid but the steering is still really stiff. The pump is making a weird noise kinda like a creaking sound but it's pretty loud. Is it possible that my pump shat it's self from not having any fluid? Just making sure it's the pump before I go out and buy something that wasn't needed.

A few weeks back my drivers side window stopped working, today I replaced the burnt out motor with a new one and it went all the down and all the way up twice and then it stopped working. The relay is still working as it makes the clicking noise. Just wondering if it's possible that something in my car is breaking these motors? Just wanting to know before I go out and buy another because I don't want the same thing to happen again.

Hey guys, my dash lights and tail lights stopped working, I have brake lights just not tail lights. Yes I did change the fuse and they still don't work. It happened after I took my headunit out and wired a new plug for a different head unit but the new headunit blew so I'm not not using any head unit. Could that be the reason why they aren't working?

It doesn't have a boost t so I can't wind the boost down to 10 psi can't I? I've replaced the plugs already, but I'll get the injectors tested and cleaned next. Thanks heaps!

This is still happening, my r32 is fairly stock has a fmic, splitfire coilpacks and it's running 12psi boost on stock turbo. Could it be the injectors? When it starts misfiring I just rev it out to like 6k and it fixes it's self. Someone please help.
