Hi all, i am in the process of assembling my RB30 and have lost the bolts for the rear main seal /facepalm. i have tried finding new ones but have been unable to source any locally. i don't know what size, length, pitch, rating they need to be, does anyone know the specs for the bolts so i can head to my local bolt supplier and get some new ones. i know two are one length and four are another length.

Hi, just a quick question. i am about to assemble my engine and want to know if i can block off the two circled water feeds. my plan is to block off one with a bung and the other with a frost plug. i am not running a heater core or anything outside the block that needs water. turbo is oil cooled only and TB does not need water going to it. photo taken from google (not my engine)

awesome post, what are peoples thoughts on catch can design, and breather size? for breather size is it biggest is best? for both cam cover and sump breather?

Hi, i know this has been asked but i haven't seen an answer to it, has anyone got the internal VCT feed working and controlling oil issues to the head on a track engine? what feeds are people running to the head when not using an external VCT but the internal drill feed method?

is there a reason people put the breather and drain on the same side of the sump? shouldn't the breather be on one side of the sump (windage) and the drain on the opposite side?

I am after people’s opinions and recommendations for head gasket, intake manifold gasket and exhaust manifold gasket. They are to suit a RB25DET/RB30 build, the intake manifold is going to be a custom made one, and the exhaust manifold is a sinco custom. I am thinking either a cometic or permaseal, or is there another option I should be looking at? I am keen to hear people’s experiences and thoughts.

i have a question for the suspension gurus out there. will these arms http://cgi.ebay.com.au/Front-Rear-Lower-Control-Arms-s13-s15-200sx-r33-skyline-/320690265195?pt=AU_Car_Parts_Accessories&hash=item4aaaa11c6b fit and R32. my research has told me that the ball joints on S13 and R32 lower control arms are all different but the auction doesn't warn of that. now i know it doesn't say in the title they fit R32's but in the auction if does.

Stock RB20 with 250+KM's on it only head gasket replaced K & N filter FMIC VG30 turbo Vr4 injectors GTSlink tuned by Lithium Walbro fuel pump 3" exhaust from turbo running Mobil E10 98 on 14PSI of boost this is before and after the tune with a bit more boost on the after.
