  1. Depends what its for.. if its for a track or drift day I'd assume you would want something fairly decent as there is always the more real possibility that you are going to hit something. If its just for drag (which I'd argue its a little overcautious requiring a helmet anyhow), a $25 helmet from cash converters can do the trick. I've never seen them check a helmet for amateur drag days in either melb or QLD. In general though the recommendation is "never buy a used helmet" .. but see above
  2. interested..
  3. Just did a bit of google - looks like at 72psi which the Bosch's are rated at = ~190L/Hr in the walbro (using the graph below).. so this translates into roughly a Bosch 910 in terms of flow... Not for big really HP.
  4. What does 255L/hr translate to in the Walbros roughly in terms of power? As i know they don't quote above boost pressure.. rough estimate will do.. as injectors, etc would make it vary I would have thought? Would they be able to flow 300rwkw?
  5. For "quicksale" you'll have to drop the price much lower than what u have it at.. well my 2c anyhow..
  6. Skyline model: r31 gx shitbox.. got another skyline coming Age: 28 Race: Skip Occupation: (n3rd)
  7. in an original AFM on r33 gts-t it will have mesh both sides.. unless one has been removed..
  8. There is a little rubber ring around one side.. pull that off.. and then get a screw driver to prize the edge off carefully. I got it off that way without major damage, but did bend it slightly but you can bend it back into shape. Should be able to put the mesh back on it later or just glue it back on. Personally I don't think having the mesh on or off made any noticeable difference.
  9. no wonder it got lost...
  10. you faxed your order to subway?? ! lol..
  11. whoever loses has to suck the other boyz ****.. Everybodies a winner!! man i wish i was in melb to watch this.. although, meh it will probably rain and wash the whole thing out as it does every 2nd meeet anyhow.
  12. okay, update for future reference. RB25DET head and intake manifold is $200 (70kg) to NSW from QLD via roadfreight.. Freight definitely isn't cheap for large car parts unfortunately for joe public.
  13. did they ever setup those ones in the Hume in VIC ? that was supposed to measure your "average speed" over the two points, and if you were over fine you?
  14. his tissue of lies is soon torn apart.. funny - most of the kids on here change their stories so rapidly, its quite easily to tell simply by going into their profile and reading all their other posts
  15. Maybe he has changed it, or you can't read.. but that is mine clearly said not to send it in before the build date.. I put mine in the post the day before, and got mine back on about 20 days after sending it off. Now just waiting on some small thing like the car itself..

  21. Since You CLEARLY Have Trouble Using The Search Button Slim - I Have Dug Up A Bunch Of Useless Old Supra Threads For You To Look At.. Num Nuts!! edit ok, whilst that was fun digging up old threads.. it was a little too much heresy in here so they have gone back to whence they came.. but believe it or not, there are plenty of old threads on exactly the same topic..
