  1. yeah, its all the same pretty much.. but its better same I mean it is actually pretty scary.. not too many movies or games actually make you jump these days. Doom3 does that really well. well just think of cars, they all have 4 wheels, they all essentially do the same thing since they were invented, but they still keep people occupied for hours and hours. And hollywood movies these days are no better, in fact generally worse.
  2. er.. in such a situation it pays to look at their "last activity" details.. http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/me...ber.php?u=11926
  3. compare & discuss... unbelieveable I reckon.. taken games to the next level in atmosphere and expectations. Feels like you're actually playing *in* the Alien movies or something. Lights out, volume up, its pretty scary. Don't think i could actually play it during the day :-s
  4. much nicer with the jump to all forums from the front which u added today/yesterday.. makes it much easier to jump straight to where u want.. good stuff.
  5. ... i blame violent video games..
  6. its not grey..
  7. well doom3 has finished installing.. so catch u later peeps.. was thinking off picking up the cooler this weekend.. wados: will send u a PM next day or so if i am going to.

  9. lol.. maybe :sly: i dont have a new car yet.. hehe
  10. yeah, they looked pretty build quality..
  11. oh no.. its perth..
  12. the same one or a different one?
  13. i was too busy doing work today flat out.. weird
  14. thanx for the PM on the intercooler piping.. i might get that cooler actually.. if i can get the piping cheap would be worthwhile. Beats a $1200 Trust kit or something..
  15. boy.. scary.. tailshafts are meant to be different .. sounds like they've just shoved the box to one side.. used the auto cross member (that generally doesnt have the right bolt positions like described) and bolted it all up.. means the tailshaft is all out of whack which will **** unis, diff, and who knows what else. Has it been run in that state? or was it converted just before it was put onto the boat.
  16. crazy people..
  17. why? want to race it?
  18. i might want 2.. im in qld too.. will pay 1/2.. can pickup. actually, have checked shop price on these .. offer $300 for the pair.
  19. i think its more than just a stuffed turbo or running too rich.. did you have the engine tested before you put it in?
  20. not much out there.. for under $15k anyhow locally. R32 seem to be hard to get, and i have been looking myself. if you ask me.. this seemed like the best value: http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/sh...ead.php?t=46443 + manual coversion @ $1k = $12k..
  21. erm.. is this actually *confirmed* as happening? And what are the exact details ??
  22. thanx.. Sounds very similar to the r33 setup. The question is whether the same plugs are in the back of the older ones. Unfortunately have to wait until my car actually gets to Australia to find this out. Much of those wires actually go to the relays for the heater/climate control box behind the whole dash. Just wondering when it gets here whether i can swap it over. Might be nice, otherwise guess it doesn't really matter. Will be back on this in a couple of months
  23. yeah.. seems to be that if its a 1990 car, even if you bought it now, you may not be granted import approval when the time comes. DOTARS has already issued an advisory not to buy 1990 cars. Ignore it at your peril.
