  1. i used to have simex.. on my stockos i'd get the better ones.. like Yokohamas or something.. if i was keeping it.. but seeing as i'm probably not, who cares really
  2. my elbows felt the cold for about 2 years after i cracked mine.. seem to be ok now though.
  3. maybe.. i have to buy/afford better ones first unfortunately.. ZE326 are worst tyres ever! 15,000 whopping km and nearly stuffed..
  4. you want my rear tyres? to go with your front baldies? think of the fun with no traction at either point!
  5. rofl.. i would probably still be walking around going "hmm, that hurts, really should go see somebody about that..hmmm... nah.." i hate doctors !
  6. what u do to yourself? I think i still have fragments in my feet somewhere Doctor told me at the time not to worry about it, guess they are still there !

    INASNT is no more

ROFL LOL AND MORE ROFL this is the guy that said "I DON'T WANT CUSTOM PLATES BECAUSE THEY ATTRACT TOO MUCH ATTENTION FROM THE COPS "!!! and now you have the most "come cop me" plates you could probably think of. I can't believe ol sameer bought them.. horus: you also need a car to go with them don't forget!!!
  8. oi aaaa
  9. ..not in QLD apparently, which makes me happy but i did say "in many states" to cover my ass you will need bigger brakes then if you're in VIC
  10. low -> mid 20's easy.. Most seem to try and go for s2 also, so they are fairly in demand I'd guess.
  11. Why would water temp senor stop the car? If that is bogus I'd imagine the car would still continue to run. I don't think it has an automatic cut-out for water temp?? And if buggered, your temp guage would be all over the place. o2 sensor is another target, or the CAS as they do commonly fail. Sounds very similar to my old problem, and that was CAS related. Anyhow, take it to gavin wood (or any other competent mechanic for that matter as its a local car).. check the QLD area and do a search for the address. When you get it fixed, make sure you come back and post what the problem was for future reference
  12. Starter motor loom?? You basically are using the RB20DET engine loom (start motor would be off that i assume), the RB20DET ECU, and from that you splice into the dash loom to get your little gizmos working. But most of that stuff is separate to all the engine sensors and that sort of thing. All your coil firing and ignition stuff will be controlled from the RB20DET ECU, so don't stress about that side of things. Some adaptions need to be made also, i believe for the fuel pump system, and other bits and pieces such as the guages, speedo, tacho, etc. Anyhow, I will admit I am just going from what I have read, not done. Bozz knows all.. In fact just bolt it in and pay him $500 or whatever he charges to wire it up for you Apparently not massive difference between stopping power of R31 and R32 brakes, so not required to be changed for engineering in many states. LSD would be nice.. you're going to have troubles with the single spinner and feeding power through it to the ground on takeoff. A diff specialist told me the borg warner *should* be strong enough in terms of holding out (e.g. not go cactus), but LSD would be better. The single spinner should handle the power and stay alive for a while, if you don't do massive burnouts, take it a bit easier right off the line, and crap like that. and before you ask.. no you can't fit an LSD from any import model skyline in. You'll have to get an aussie B/W LSD that fits the housing.. can be hard to find these days. Expect to pay around $1k to go to an LSD.
  13. zagan... as has been stated many times... THERE WAS NO OFFICIAL SPEED DETECTION DEVICE USED! The cop was basically following him, decided he wes going at "xx km/hr" but the question is whether he accurately followed the car for an adequate distance to get a correct and accurate measure of this. But it does have to be for a certain amount of seconds, and an average reading is taken. This is what Inasnt is trying to obviously work out. It is true the speedos are calibrated every xx,xxx km or x months.. and is probably quite admissable..BUT I have a feeling that the cop basically saw him "speeding", checked the speedo for a second, said "ok, I am going xx, he appears to be going xx I'll pull him over and try and pin him for that" then now its come to court he has to make the evidence to support this claim. Of course, he was hoping that it never came to this, as most of the time the cops just hope like hell the public doesn't actually use their brain and take it further.
  14. Here are the same ones installed on my car (except mine are silver). Look awesome, and snap heads..
  15. Its the Crank Angle Sensor (CAS). As it says, indicates the position of the crank which the engine uses to determine the timing. I think that is what it does anyhow. One of the most common problems on the RB30E i think. I used to have it in my old R31. Would be driving along, and just cutout completely. Would eventually start, but could take from 5 mins to 1 hour! Would happen when i would least want it to happen too. Anyhow, mechanic fixed and was fine till i sold it. So yeah... 95% sure its that.
  16. yup.. i like causing trouble
  17. was that with you in the car? I think r33 are a little lighter than people think. Should be able to get it down to a flat 1300kg with a few basic removals (spare, back seat, sub, etc). Most actual readings i have seen have not been up around 1400kg as people make out.
  18. you can get the nismo one for $152 + shipping nengun.. bolts straight on
  19. good stuff jack! should be able to push your car into the low 11's now I'd imagine??
  20. yeah, i always get that feeling when i get mail! where has it been for a whole year? holidaying in france or something?
  21. male fluffer?? oh good.. you're gonna get kicked out sooo fast.. and you do know Mr Rich Lawyer/Doctor/Business Guy don't like his precious daughter hanging around trash like you
  22. actually your car is faster too matt from a 100km/hr standing start.. i think the lesson is: mine need tune or else something else funny is going on with it?? hmm
  23. nah.. not then.. but the **** hassling me today "this doesnt work the way i intended, can i get this feature added? did you get those emails i sent? ".. no i was out driving all night.. this is going to be the job from hell.. screw his $1400 this is why its hardly worth it
  24. this: :bs!: hey your cars pretty hard neil.. considering "self tune" .. harder than mine, but then again "no tune". U just go the stock ECU?
  25. i was soft to not come out for food i admit.. then again you hadn't drive 350km yesterday.. ok, soft again!
