i have noticed a strong point here.. mainly those with a GTR think spending too much money on a GTS-T is a waste.. whereas everybody with a GTS-T says that with $26k worth of mods they might prefer it to a stock GTR. But they haven't driven or owned a GTR. Funny that Is there any GTR owned who wants to sell their GTR and buy a GTS-T and spend $40k on it. Therein I think may lie the answer to this whole thread bman: now a 1989 GTR fully built from the ground up.. now you are talking. Why pay for an expensive GTR if its all got to come into pieces and most bits will be replaced anyhow

is it making a sort of stuttering noise? if so its probably a boost leak.. check all your major hoses and intake piping. Had that problem in the past myself. Ok at light throttle, but soon as it got to a certain point the motor (or ECU working out the engine was lacking) would start playing funny buggers and stutter.

now a commodore.. what a supercar To me a supercar is something that costs ridiculously high amounts of money, generally looks ugly as crap inside, and for the most part hand built and only a very limited number are built each year. And will depreciate faster than most will earn in a decade. But straight out of the factory will pounce anything close to a stock car on the road.

fun factor is high in the gts-t this is true.. care factor is also considerably less. like fatz said: most fun + most crazy = r31 w/ RB26DETT .. cheapest .. care factor riding on zero and if u crash it into a wall you laugh take a photo, and pull the engine out. Whereas a GTR you cry you little eyes out coz you just wrote off $40k
