they give loans to people with no jobs now? just wait ben, it will pay off more in the long term.. if u can only just afford it, and something happens you won't be able to pay for it.. see my skyline was all and good when i was earning $50k a year, then life changed.. and i no longer had $50k a year and its been hard ever since really

the key would be the balance to the whole thing.. as each seat is pretty heavy. it would need the base that it sits on to distribute the weight pretty well.. and be properly balanced along the shaft.. i all thought this out a while back
