probably .. suxors its one thing after another isn't it... When i thought about it.. in the last month i have to pay out $2000 on my skyline.. Now that is about 2 months salary after i take out everything else like rent and crap.. leaving NOTHING else to do anything else.. I'm sick of it! agg

yer.. been there doing that RB20DET conversion is like $2k as well later on and drops pretty much straight in. i would i guess keep it, but its sending me too much into debt.. all the rubbish that has come up with it, its cursed like me so best i think to start with a fresh slate.

yup.. exactly: nothing to do with the car. It just sounds like the other person won't pay out and now you're clutching at straws to get the money back. Fact is, a large number of dealers are dodgy and this is a regular occurance. And like skyline33 is also saying, you get cheap cars for a reason. But that really isn't the point in this case. Still, could have been the best car in the world and you'd still be in this situation right?? You should have definitely reported the incident to the cops and tried to find any witnesses at the time, but may be too late now. If bringing legal action against the 4WD owner (or his insurance company, if he doesn't against him directly) doesn't work.. best thing you can do is take all the items that are still as one piece such as engine, gearbox, diff, etc, and try and sell them. If you add up all the prices of the items separately you might get $8k or something as just parts. Its better than a kick in the head anyhow..

er, its currently blue skies and 25.. that should be enough.. I have been to most states in Australia (including TAS), but as a whole package QLD is definitely the best.

yeah.. but you can get PowerMax ones.. For $80. They just don't say "nissan" on the side, i am sure they have been tested and are of equal strength. They also say for RB20, RB25DET and RB26DETT, so if they're good enough for a GTR they should be good enough for me (i hope!)
