once i do the belt.. and camgear.. and get gavin to tune it all on the dyno.. then the r33 can come out to play properly.. :evil:

no 31.. i am working till 5pm anyhow.. and the diff is seriously ****ed.. i have to take it easy or it will die.. and i need to drive it 140km each day at the moment while the r33 gets taken in for cosmetic enhancement. So that can't happen. would love to but not this time

i know burnouts did fug all when i last went. anyhow, have fun guys - i look forward to eagerly seeing the results posted up tomorrow!

semi slicks i think respond well to burnouts before each run, and bit of heat.. normal road tyres i reckon **** all difference doing burnouts before, if not maybe worse

there are a few autos on here that have done good times though. Semi slicks.. *drool* go 13's! not too put any pressure on you or anything lol

ahh simex.. i got my best time so far on simex then i got these ZE326 and if anything they are same, if not worse. those damn v8's.. see its all rigged.. with the v8's they're so damn loud you could hear them with 5 helmets on.. its good though when they are ahead i reckon, gives you something to chase and try that little bit harder

mj - i reckon if u now have good tyres on there you should definitely get low 14's.. maybe even a decent 13..

depends on the brand though mainly. Thing what bothers me with drag racing is .. with the helmet on you can't hear shit. I am all about hearing the car and all that to know what its doing. with the helmet on you can't even really tell whether you're just spinning the tyres or not either

103mph Mid 13's you have to get about a 2.1 or 2.2 launch, and 102mph or so TS.

depends if your engine is actually buggered or its not dying engines aren't going to do anything brilliant. I've heard of guys with just a pod and exhaust doing 14.1 or so, so its all possible. So many factors. What tyres you got?

yeah.. its all about having fun.. a stock R33 can even do low 14's.. C7H8

manuals are faster, if driven properly well least i got a 13.. ok, it was a 13.98 but technically its still classified as "13 sec 1/4 mile"
