speaking of which: there is a market for good online selling of ricey bits and parts for skylines and other performance cars though I reckon. Few guys do it, but not well, and not australian based. There a lot of people out there operating on fat profit margins that could be slashed

Exactly, there are guidelines and things which the police have to follow. Even if the person they've pulled is acting like a total fool, the officer can't just fly off the handle without due reason. If you're acting like a dick fine, you're gonna get whats coming to you. If the officer has just had a bad day and wants to rip the person's throat out, then thats a different matter. If they you are in the wrong, sure, recording things won't help. But if they are acting in an unreasonable manner too many times if a recording of the situation was done it would have helped later. I've know people who have been physically abused by police for even just a verbal comeback - now if you think that is how a cop should be acting then fine.

Not if you are recording the conversation I wouldn't imagine! If the cop has any brains they'll suddenly turn as meek as a kitten. If not, well he isn't going to look too good if later found to be flying off the handle and getting emotional and its on all on tape.

yeah..if you check FAQ section I believe there should be some fuel pump stuff and pictures but if you're not super-confident (well i wasnt when i did mine to start i can give you a hand. Will help if you have the hoses and calmps and things ready (they're only a few $, but easier to get them before you start). I'm just west end.. not far from the CBD and carina for that matter.
