you can keep adjourning the case I think indefinitely.. turn up, say "I want to adjourn because xx" and it will be put a month or two in the future. This way you can delay the fine and/or puishment, and let the other ones go through first May help!

Comes onto cold in a few seconds, which is good compared to other cars which can take 10mins before the aircon is working to full effect.

well sounds like you've screwed up the AFM rewiring then. Check again. Without an AFM it will start fine, just when you go to open loop mode over about 2500rpm it will refuse to rev past that without a correct AFM signal.

eek.. do a compression check, or get a mechanic to do one. That should fairly quickly tell you if its engine related, or turbo related. To see if its a turbo oil seal, pull off your intercooler piping and check for masses of oil in there. no - signs aren't good.

you checked the radiator for evidence of oil in the coolant?

so you weren't licensed at the time? you'll probably also be picked up for driving while disqualified when it goes through.. If you take it to court in that situation you have absolutely no hope. you're at least going to lose it for 12 months if you were already disqualified I'd say.. they'll throw the book at you because you're young so you're basically screwed. no driving for you for a looong time.
