Pretty much same advice as nav2k.. just get some good fronts .. you can do without the sub for a while until you really want good big bass (or maybe you don't care about bass, depends what you listen to). Best to stay clear of some of the "no-name" brands as while they might often say "800watt" 800watt can mean anything, and they could sound shithouse even at mild volume, and can have bad background hiss, etc which can really shit you when listening to quiet bits of music. Soon as you put it in you'll regret it. For under $200 for a "200watt max peak per channel" (equates to around 50wRMS.. not much more than your face unit), i'd definitely stay clear!! For a reasonable 4x channel you're probably looking closer to $400 min. Like Nav2k says also, jaycar has some reasonably priced amps in the budget end. Just looking at their latest sale catalogue I have in front of me.. they have a 4x100w RMS (@4ohm) for $379. I've got a mono amp of theirs powering my 12" sub, and pretty good... I only paid $130 for mine too! (a SAU group buy i organised).. RRP is about $200 - so you could look at that if all you want is an amp to power a sub. Best just to get 2x best you can afford for front, 2x reasonable for rears.. and wait until you can afford the amps, etc. For many sometimes just 4x speakers powered off the face unit are fine.

Wouldn't surprise me.. Over the years the 33 shipped with a crap load of different speaker options.. I've seen alpines, blaupunkt, mine came with clarion splits (although really really crappy ones! lol), all factory.

Just make sure you try and buy one with the basics already covered, otherwise it'll add up to "may as well just get a GTR" territory. If you can find one with FMIC, full exhaust, boost controller, suspension, aftermarket ECU, and hopefully a few other extras for around $20k, that might save you $10k just there. That might make a budget of getting there below 35k possible. Then your concerns will be building the internal strength of the motor, turbo and the required support systems for that. Otherwise, yeah, just find one already done .. it may be boring but it will save you a **** load of money.. over the last year or so I've seen quite a few GTS-T that will do mid-12's for $25-30k

err.. shouldn't be floating! The bracket should be slotted into a well, slot at the top of the tank. You should be able to see it - the slot is white plastic. I forget a little, but I think it may be just because when you remove the actual "jar" type thingo the hoses that it attaches to end up pulling the whole thing out at once from the slot. To put it back in I think I slotted the bracket in first, then attached the fuel hoses back to the top connectors, and then put the "jar lid" back on.

er.. yeah.. whoever said that well has absolutely no idea!! you hit the handbrake at that speed and happen to get a slight angle you'll roll the car easy as that. Thats no good.. you've got the "Cursed Melbourne skyline" syndrome.. it happened to me, you've got one incident to go and then I think it clears up Often the windows are expensive and overly priced from the 2nd hand places because they know they can unfortunately. Generally GTR rear suspension is a different height to the GTS-T and therefore would *not* fit a GTS-T

It looks pretty much RHS cop into LHS X5 or vice versa, which maybe spun the back around a little to hit the back a little. Could be either sides fault. .anyhow, again - we don' t know the full circumstances so stupid to comment too much.
