  1. I can sell you from throttle body, including fuel rail, injectors fuel pressure reg, AAC, water temp sensors, etc.. all assembled But I need a few of the rubber hoses.. $200 for the lot. If that isn't cheap enough, then keep looking I guess..
  2. R34 Z-tune of course.. Actually, thats not expensive enough.. silly me..
  3. no... each side i believe... shipped from japan anyhow.
  4. That would work well with those fixed speed cameras they also have on there...
  5. is the slow server and mysql timing out part of the upgrade? what does increasing the connection limit do to it?
  6. Klippan is the ADR brand which appears on 95% of complianced imports, and no doubt your own. Supercheap can order you one, and they sell them (but often only to suit commodore, etc). If you can check the tags near the bottom of the door on the belt, you can find the model number you need, and they can place a specific order. Easy as.
  7. 5mm ?! you sure.. er .. maybe you mean 0.5mm ? You have to watch some pads as they don't fully come to the edge of the disc, leading the type of lipping you are experiencing. After a machine, you'll notice a difference.. everything is just that much better.. a flatter contact area means the pads will bite better, more even heat spread, etc.
  8. just buy a new one? a whole side is about $100.. I've got the nissan originals.. but they are changed to suit compliance.. to the ones you can buy new from klippan
  9. Just about to fit a clutch, etc .. Have finally got all the components.. Just wondering what grease I should use to lubricate the shaft and the thrust bearing? I was thinking regular high temp bearing grease do the trick, but should I use a graphite? or even lithium based grease? Nissan in the service manual specifies "Nissan clutch grease" - is there equivelent specific stuff around, or are Nissan being anal with telling people to use their own stuff? Obviously not too much on I would imagine as to not splatter the clutch?
  10. ..you can delete this.. moved to here: http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/in...howtopic=108273
  11. I've got one.. was working fine.. $60 inc express post to you. Let me know if interested. -gordon
  12. Anybody?? 2 plugs i am unsure on..
  13. um.. yeah, i moved to arundel so you probably just confused the heck out of him.. hehe. Well I got the clutch the other day. Going for a Cushioned Ceramic and see how that stacks up... Thats pretty much the last piece of the parts puzzle. If anybody needs to know the number for a distributor of the Xtreme clutches on the goldcoast btw, send us a PM.
  14. zactly.. had the same problem when I put one in the 32.. doesn't work as it should... see my warning here too http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/in...ic=43095&st=400 10 mins on the dyno and monitoring the voltage correctly via a datalogger showed this was the case. It 'kinda' works.. but not properly. You are best off with an original item, even if it does cost that much more.
  15. Interesting thread for once I think if you modded it you'd probably f**k up some of the point of having an original classic -- and may not be worth as much/appreciate as a totally orginal one. So you always run that risk. I think these days, with everybody having a pretty short attention span, most people don't seem to actually hold onto their cars too long. So whether you would actually have it "forever" (e.g. 20 years) is another question. I know with me, even though I go in with "yeah, i'll be keeping this car for a long time" - by the time 2 years is up, I'm pretty much bored with it.. no matter how cool it was at first.
  16. yeah.. i priced one from Nissan $100.. Should be right, but I guess you have a point.. as it'll be me bitching if i have to pull the box out again to fix a snapped fork
  17. I have an RB20det ignitor pack.. that was working fine in the engine, till i pulled it out. Asking $120 inc express post.
  18. yes... yes, I do Well beerbaron is talking about the "window guide" I'd call it.. but for the seals themselves.. Nissan AU prices are about $400 for the rear and front window seals for HCR32, and I've heard prices of $200 each side for the body window rubbers (I've heard anyhow - haven't asked nissan myself). Anyhow, this is all looking at FAST, I may have stuffed it up.. REAR WINDOW 79750-04U10 - Moulding - rear window (full set I think?) (This is what I need.. just the outer bits) 79751-04U10 - moulding rear window upper (LHS) 79752-04U10 - moulding rear window upper (RHS) FRONT WINDSCREEN 72850-04U10 (04U60 is newer) - Moulding fullset WINDOW to CHASIS seal(? may be wrong on this, hard to discern) 76921-04U00 - WELT-BODY SIDE, FRONT (both sides it looks like as part of kit)
  19. yes.. no need to go insane on them.. Add upper engine cleaner into a couple of oil changes, and see if it makes a difference.. Also, what sort of oil you got in there at the moment (do you know?) - maybe its simply a bad match for your particular engine/age. I'd try these before going sick getting your head reco'ed, etc.
  20. Thanks black32.. have been getting desperate as it was the last thing I need to start putting the new engine in.. but looks like Andrew can come through and he's just up the road Andrew: thanx mate.. PM sent..
  21. Depends exactly which pipes you mean. I may have the power steering hoses, the two big thick ones that go to the pump. I think I have thrown out the metal ones. I'll have to have a check when I get home.
  22. After a clutch fork from an RB gearbox. Pretty sure they are all the same. For those who are not sure whether they have it or not, its basically the lever thing on the gearbox to push the clutch in and out. If you have an old busted gearbox lying around, you might have it spare. Also after the retaining springs that hold the thrust bearing to the fork, and an old thrust bearing if you have one lying around as well. SORTED - thanx andrew!
  23. you want one.. and you want an R32.. You just don't know it.
  24. That's the problem these days.. everybody is resposible for a person's actions... except the damn people themselves! It was the car's fault, it was his friend's fault, it was the roads fault, it was the police's fault for not pulling him over earlier, it was the weather, it was the ....
  25. the weather is shit today? I don't really like that, so should I leave eh? your car was stolen, no doubt by an australian, being in this country and all.. so maybe you're all happy about that? The convicts that came to Australia to help settle this place really didn't want to be here really either.. Did they leave? The aboriginals.. I'm sure they didn't really like the the fact that white folk came to steal their land. Did they leave? Everybody likes John Howard and his policies - and anybody who doesn't should leave the country? come on.. its a silly argument in the long run..
