ok.. I will help with what I know at least..
The first photo, the main plug connects to the body loom inside the car.. Depends what car its going into? another R33 or ??? If its another car, or r32.. you will have to chop it off, and wire things to the dash components and a few other things.
Well 2nd photo you have a lot of working out to do, as that hooks into the main body loom, and eventually to the ECU. From what I gather so far (could be wrong), the yellow ones are the main auto control signals, that go to the ECU. The others are probably like TPS, tacho, etc so that the auto ecu knows when/how to change gears, etc.
In the third photo is a pressure sensor that sits on the firewall.. That probably connects somewhere into the battery loom side and not the main engine loom. Basically it just reads the boost reading in the plenum, not quite sure why.. but I think its optional - as I remember in my old R33 it was never connected up to the manifold.
