So i have replaced slave cylinder checked my braid line for kinks, i dont think its my pivot ball as it would do it in all gears. fixed the pedal so it comes back fine. went for a drive and its worse slipping real bad. Next step is play around with the pedal adjustment. -

The funny things is tho. I can drive under full boost and change through all gear no problem at all. Its only when im doing a burnot from first to second it happens I havent tried 2 to 3. Its doing my head in. -
Hello I have recently done a manual conversion on my r34 gtt using r33 series 1 bigbox. Car is a totally different beast. My only problem is a slip stick. I can drive at full boost 1bar with no problems. Labour it in 5 and put my foot down and no slip/stick. Light it up in first and no slip as soon as I change to second this is where the problem is. The pedal doesnt come all the wayback stops half way. I have brand new master and braided line. Second slave. Could this be the problem. Clutch is a 6 puk bronze button that has done 800km. My other question is why is my pedal so soft. My 87 mazda b2000 clutch is harder. Why is it so soft. Kind Regards Rorden

Ok so im selling my boat now to get some more funds hoping to have around 6-6.5k now need 2k for gear box. Im flyimg to gold coast at end of june start of july. Im aiming for 250rwkw. Atm I have redline front mount pos Chinese turbo ngk coppers gaped at 0.08 xforce high flow cat gfb gforce 2 ebc. I wanting to know the best way to spend my money to achieve my goal. I was told a good saying early in the post by superben which made me rethink my hole build. I know I need to upgrade my Raidaitor as I have an auto one. All ideas will be appreciated. Where are good places to look for parts in aus. Goldcoast area.

Thats the impression I was under about the cat to. Qnd yes that is the turbo im using. Im from whangarei mate. Yea link is out of my budget am keen on nistune or the likes but cannot find any1 to install and tune it in auckland.

I am selling my 20det conversion and am trying to hunt done a rb25det box. My budget is 2500k for my goal. Excluding gearbox.

Hi. Im modifying my engine atm aiming for 250rwkw. So far I have front mount. 480hp turbo ngk copper .8 gfb 2 ebc. Catch can. High flow cat to custom 3inch back. What injectors will get me to my goal. What fuel pump? Do I need a metal head gasket? What about ffp? Also the biggy the ecu. I do have a tight budget for all this. All help will b appreciated. Also check out my bake and clutch pedal question need help there also.

Hello. Im am in the process of doing a manual conversion. I have a few questions. Im using r33 pedals the r34 brake pedal has two plug and the r33 one which plug do I use and what do I do with the other one also the cluth on r33 pedal has a plug what do I do there? Also how does everyone drill hole in fire wall for master/pedal theres no room. Ive tried a drill and no luck. Also I am looking for r33 bigbox and drive shaft. Finally does my flywheel need to be machined?

When it blow hopefully will have enough to replace it with rb25set big box. Its a #2 box so hoping will last a lil longer with better snycros -

Hi all. Ive been reading stuff off this site for a long time now and finally decided to make an account. Im from New Zealand and own a r34 gtt. Im in the process of doing a manual conversion using what I was told was a rb25de r34 box same specs as rb20det box I believe? Now comes to my problem what front section drive shaft do I use? The drive shaft I have I think it is r32. All another conversion I have read use r33 big box or 34 box which in nz is atleast 1800 jus for box. So u would use 33 or 34 drive shaft. So what should I b using r34 rb25de front section, modified r33 front section with a rb20det yoke weilded on?
