sorry in newzealand dude :-<, do i need to remove that big nut, 30 od mm or so from the outer hub? and fill the boot with grease again,wht do u use to get the old grease out?

got any pics of the process? what end do u unbolt from ? the wheel end or the front diff end?

front left cv boot on my r32 gtr just split flinging grease everywhere,whats the eaisest method of replacing the boot ,and how much grease needs to go back into the boot? cheers!

ok, there is a smaller powersteer unit ,in place of the factory on with 2 ribs for the belt,all other hoses have benn removed including the hicas pumps,and computer there is one hose coming from somewhere under the plenium

what if the hicas computer has been removed?

ive just driven a gtr with a hicas lock bar the ps is very hard ,is the simple fix for this to leave everything intact, and just join a rubber hose between 2 points,to regain my power steer?

anyone have dyno results for before and after engine rebuilds??? compression before and after too

will a rb30 intake manifold bolt onto a rb20det better breathing?

just did a compression test 1-6 in order were 132,134,134,112,130,132 did a wet test on cylinder 4 and got 170psi what u think?

would leakin valve seals affect the power much?

whats the easiest way of finding out ?? if it was leaking that much oil through the piston rings what other symptoms would there b? i took out 2 of the closest sparkplugs near the area do they tell any tales?

nope none above the manifold ,rocker gaskets are new not a drop from that area ,just from that exhaust outlet.can thing of anything else that will let oil out in that area but the pistons,please prove me wrong with another theory!

noticed oil commong from the exhaust manifold by the first exit closest to the front of the car ,thinking rings what u guys think,blows a little blue smoke at idle every now and then ,not much on boost?

someone must know? anyone?

just had my r32 gtst converted to manual ,couple of things that has happened,when it was an auto and was first started in the morning ie. cold it would rev at about 1100-1200 rpm until it was warm then settled at about 800 which is norm,now as a manual i start it and straight away it sits at 800 rpm from dead cold. also with the aircon on it idles at about 1300 rpm whereas when it was auto it would sit at about 900 rpm ,any fixes to this?
