hard to fix? and how costly?

Hey guys i have an r32 gts-4 skyline with the rb20det. I'm having an on and off problem with the car losing significant power and the car gets a really rough (car shaking around) idle and is also rough (sounds like a wrx lol) throughout the revs. What could be the problem? I have had other opinions that suggest it is the coil packs and only running on 5 cylinders?

just want to ask a noob question lol . Do r33 gtst wheels fit comfortably and easily onto an r32 gts-4 sedan? thanks just neeed to make sure
