1993 Bnr32 Gtr Front Diff Problems?
audiophile26 replied to audiophile26's topic in Suspension, braking, tyres and drivetrain
tracking the noise is more pronounced when warm. the car has been upgraded to r33 front brakes. could that be the problem? i may need to make a hybrid driveshaft? as the steering knuckles sit further out than on a stock r32? -

i am starting to notice a knocking and a clunking under acceleration coming from the front of the car. is this commonly diagnosed as a diff problem or a CV axle problem? if it is a diff problem can anyone direct me to the right part for the front diff. as i am unsure as to the differences between the front diff and the rear diff. any help is appreciated. thanks!

hi all i just moved to okinawa from the united states and recently purchased my dream car an r32 gtr. the car has 600hp and has what feels like an unsprung clutch in it. i was told its an os giken triple plate. the release bearing is making an incredible amount of noise and i wanted some insight as to what clutch i can use for driving this thing around the island is sooooo tiny and there wont be any chances to stretch her legs until she goes stateside in 4 years. any help would be greatly appreciated. also i looked at he thread about clutches and nothing seemed to help my situation. i also would like to know what spring rate coilovers to buy as i am looking at fortune autos i have had them on past cars and loved them again i am looking for comfort not performance as the car will never see hard launches track days etc just maybe a spirited start every now and then. thank you in advance to all who can help!

Wheel offsets for Dummies ??? Help Please??
audiophile26 replied to B-Man's topic in General Automotive Discussion
so an 18 inch rim 9.5 to 10 inches wide with +15 offset should put the rims flush to the fenders if im correct then tire stretching would be needed and fender rolling to accommodate for turning and no rubbing issues? -
hello all i am actually from the states but i live here in japan and this forum came up when i did a search as i just purchased a bnr32 gtr. i was looking for forums to help with some issues the car is having and figured what the heck these guys speak in a language i can understand!! maybe someone can point me in the right direction i am looking for a clutch for my skyline as the throwout bearing has went out. it make hoorible noises when the clutch i pressed in. im thinking that i have an unsprung clutch in the car the previous owner just said it was a triple plate, i am driving this ca daily and the bearing noise is driving me crazy as is the no friction zone in the cars clutch. im looking for a more friendly to drive clutch that will hold 447.397632 kilowatts. i think i have that right. any information is greatly appreciated and nice to meet all of you!!!!
