  1. I'll add something to this though. It is impossible to organise something that benefits a group especially one like motorists without special interest people high jacking it. The biggest failing with the CTP rally was that the pressure was hardly maintained. The head of the motorcycle council was only interested in using it as a soapbox for his ambitions and the police treated it like a patch club gathering. While car clubs are wide and varied in Australia and something bit could In theory be organised, the line between success and failure is sooo thin. The media are always looking to paint car people as hoons and the motoring council is more geared towards old people. Sensationalist media and the car scene will never mix. And we all no pollies will lie to your face and promise the world till their portfolios change. And that's what happened with the roads minister after the protest.
  2. I was one of the organisers of the protest in the Sydney CBD for that. You need a big event to get the pollies to even pretend to give a shit and try to stop you getting fleeced

  4. Located down the Snowy mountains region trex. Smack bang between Melb and Sydney. And Kiwi it had a colossal electronics failure that made it economically to expensive to repair and unroadworthy (after spending a lot of money already)

  10. For sale is a as new in the box Tarzan G box to suit an R34 GTR. This unit has only been test fitted to an Autech Stagea by a Automotive electrician (Business not a mate) and is non compatible with the Stagea. So it is totally new and unused. Plug and play it replaces the R34 G sensor for a unit that supplies info to the ATTESSA system 30x faster than the stock unit. Improves braking and handling over stock. Unit is F***ing expensive new but compared to an actual G sensor that costs 1550 new this is a better and more powerful option. Still in its wrapper and original packaging I'm asking $700 plus post by registered mail. PM if interested.
  11. Thanks man but I have that. I need the wiring color codes for the ABS in the rear of the fuse box.
  12. Does anyone have a diagram for the fuse box inside the cabin. More specifically I need the wire colors for the ABS fuse in the cabin fuse panel/ loom. Tried to hunt it down in the stickies but I'm either blind or its not there. As stated its a 12/97 Nissan Stagea C34 Autech manual. Thanks peeps!
  13. Hey guys. Got a problem with the wifes 260RS. No ABS light and pads and rotors are fine but aside from a good initial bite I have no real brake power and a hard pedal. Also no ABS at all by the feel of things. I have a Vacuum tank in the engine bay and have tested with and without it and the problem remains. Engine makes good vacuum too. I don't have a scanner but I suspect the pump on the ABS assembly has shit itself. I've bled the system with the ignition on too and didn't get any air out of it. Checked the fuses for a circuit and I have also cleaned and inspected the wheel sensors all round. Any help would be appreciated. I've got to try and fix it myself because the mechanics in my town are f**king idiots and seem to f**k more than they fix. 98 Nissan Stagea 260RS with RB26dett. Stock set up all round aside from wheels, springs and exhaust.

  15. The front splitter is a new edition. At the high 100's before the front felt like it was off the ground and the rear would threaten to come around if the wind shifted down the straight. I don't really want to rip the GTR wing off and would prob go a full wing on a spare boot lid. I don't want to pay thousands either. Anyone use a lip/rear diffuser combo? Also I run bilsiten all around with adjustable whileline sway bars front and rear. Front and rear strut bracing and a half cage. Also full nolethane bushes and camber cancelers. I couldn't say the set up is horrible. It has a little understeer and a pretty passive rear with predictable oversteer through bends. It is however a very stiff set up.
  16. Hello all. Can anyone who races their 32 point me in the direction of a rear wing or lip that actually works. I have a GTR wing on my car and at speeds approaching 200 the back gets very very light. I have a front splitter to keep the front under control but am curious to what other people run cheers.
