  1. Just go to a panel beater and get a quote, that's what they're there for..
  2. Hi guys Looking for an R32 GTR Front bumper, preferably without N1 Holes/vents Colour doesn't matter, black pearl metallic GTR colour preferred however Lip not essential Please PM, located 2041 Sydney
  3. http://rimtuck.com/search That should help, just enter the sizes that are available and you'll find what it looks like on your car also remember to buy genuine wheels.. lol
  4. Woohoo! im back and with pics!! Been a while since i posted but it's all happening!! Took the car for it's last naturally aspirated drive to wisemans ferry, it was a strangely cold night and the car absolutely loved it, shame to think i was pulling the motor out the next day! Put the Rb25 in my mate's stagea and set off to my dad's house who has a garage he's letting me use! Just before she was pulled down Front end and other bits off Fluids drained and loom disconnected Aaaannd, out she came! Rolled the car out into the sun and gave the bay a nice wash Went for a swim and had some lunch while we let the bay dry More news when i get home!
  5. Old school HKS orange and black maybe? they are bit more 90's style than those, but are similar colour and would look pretty good They are hard to come by however
  6. Ahh of course! how didn't i think of that! Cheers
  7. How is the clutch "burning", what clutches have you been using? 2-3 Months rings alarm bells for something else going wrong
  8. I don't mean to sound rude.. But have you done a minute of research at all? Let's just start with wound back KM's, Repaired accident damage and rust. There is so much info on these forums, i'd also send an email to Iron Chef too
  9. As stated, nissan, repco, autobarn etc I'm sure you could go to a wrecker and get any nissan gearbox, diff or engine grub screw and it will fit..
  10. I really like that rear seat delete and retrim job, looks great
  11. Powder coating looks fantastic any tips for getting the badge off the coil pack cover? is there a way you can do it without destroying it?
  12. Looks good mate, excited to see more That R33 of yours was clean too!
  13. Doesn't matter what car the setup is on.. There are more parts to a steering setup than a coil over, you need to be looking into sway bars as well as an alignment to lower body roll, getting stiff spring rates will not help you in this case, it's not the coil over's job.
  14. I'd suggest masking that whole plate off
  15. Hi mate, welcome to SAU Absolutely not, hate to be a dream crusher but this is a bad idea, people have done this with skylines and had terrible results and it's really not worth it
  16. Awkward.. For both the buyer of the car who probably thought he was getting a great deal and the new potential buyer!
  17. I found it to be quite sticky, i just dabbed some little blobs of sikaflex and spread it around the parts which looked a little worn i find that quite interesting, i don't think the sound deadening would be affected enough to completely remove it, i put it back for peace of mind and when i re-do the speakers, wiring and deadening in my doors i plan on putting it back
  18. Hmm, interesting!
  19. I'm assuming you mean in the doors? I put mine back in
  20. G'day Ben e-go actually has a little page on how to ship a gearbox can't say I've done it before, but If it where me i'd strap it to a palette and wrap it in packaging wrap (glad wrap style stuff) http://www.e-go.com.au/infopage.do?page=packaging_help hope that helps EDIT How should it be packaged & presented for transport? Carton if under 25kg and skid/pallet if over 25kg Handy hints Ensure the item is drained of all oils and fluids. If on a skid/pallet, it must be carefully and securely strapped down.
  21. Beautiful GT-R's, the lot of you
  22. Hope you're not washing that genuine nismo brake dust off!
