Today's update. Another user in the forum offered me a car. It's a MP3 VS1 from JDM Performance. Update for today: Got PM'ed from Terry and n11smo as they offer me Terry's former R34 GTR Vspec II which is now owned by n11smo. The car has the mods listed below: Exterior - nismo front bar, side skirts and pods. Interior - alpine ina-w900e navigation/audio unit, viper 855xv alarm, nismo shift nob, gtr floor mats, nismo dash cluster. Performance - apexi power fc, greddy boost controller, garret 2860-7(n1) turbos, hks actuators, denso 700cc injectors, Bosch 044 fuel pump, tomei pro cams type b 260/9.15, tomei adjustable cam gears, split fire coilpacks, blitz front pipe and high flow cat, kakimoto n1 3.5' exhaust, acl bearings, nismo clutch. Engine was rebuilt and tuned @308kws at the wheels at a cost of over $7000 with receipts 4000kms ago and runs beautifully. also tein super street suspension installed few hundred Klms ago brand new. The engine was rebuilt about 5k ago duo to a incident happened in panel shop. here is the story: Because the car was being moved in and out of the shop the battery went flat. The shop tried to jump start the car which caused the timing belt to jump several teeth mashing the inlet valves. So the engine needed to be rebuilt, it will now run with no issues for a very long time, engine rebuild is at least 5-6k so a big plus to have a newly rebuilt, tuned engine. here is the pic: It looks like just what I want! Hope this will turn out good. And this thread will keep update until I finally get my dream R34.

OK, I'm back now. There are good news and bad news. Good news is he is going to give me the money back. The bad news is it has to be next Thursday. My excuse was pressure from my family, my family want me to have a new car, no more importers and second hand car. And he said it was his fault, he should be more serious about me, and he made a mistake, he is going to take the full responsibility. The reason for next Thursday is cash flow, he just can't afford to lose that much money now. I can't say I trust that excuse but I don't want push too hard today so I will wait until next Thursday, and if he find another excuse I may use some extreme methods that we mentioned earlier. Hope he is honest this time. That's it for what happened today. Now, someone give the number of Iron chef.

This is a non Vspec. The auction sheet provided by JOC shows this is a grade 4 car. So besides the mileage there is nothing wrong with the car. Just not what I wanted.

That is why I said from point 5... I will get my money back... And it's not a plan.. it's just me telling the story... I will talk to him tomorrow to get my money back.

Yes, grade 4, 100k $45k is not a bad buy, but I want something better. My budget is below 70k anyway.

He didn't refused to returned the deposit but he keep dodging the topic so I think if I force him to return the deposit or decided to go ACA or fair trading like many of you said there will be further turble like: #1. he will get a million reasons why I cannot get my deposit back #2. it may take forever to get my deposit via fair trading (I tried fiar trading befor and it took 2 years to get my bond back for the room I rent back when i was in university which was only $1200 AUD.) #3. Please put yourself in this situation and you really think yalling words like f**k f**k f**k and f**k in his car yard gonna help me get my money back? It's really harder to do than just saying, I'm really scared if I make things ugly with him I will never get my money back. 3. he is going to import another car for me and here is the condition: #1, I will involve in every step of the process #2, I choose the car, not him anymore I will use the website he uses called 4wheelers if I remembered it right. #3, he have to provide the de-reg paper of the car. #4, I get to inspect the car at JLM before I pay off the car. #5, I made thoes conditions so whatever I say now he will say yes as long as I still do business with him. 4. Just talked to Japanese odometer check, he still think the codition is not good enough and I should take my money back and go to iron shef. So I will go talk to Phil Lee tomorrow. Because I trust JOC more obvioursly. 5. I always know I should go away, and I always know you guys are right. I am just too scared and too worry of not getting my 11k deposit back. That's what I am thinking, 5k should teach him a good lesson, but I don't think he is gonna change the way he do business.
