gday over the last few weeks i've noticed a little rust buildup in the fuel filler area which i am pretty sure wasnt there before i've also been hearing a little buzz now and again which i'd like to ask about as i fear it might be the pump on its way out it only lasts a split second and sounds a little like pop of static coming out of the speakers but it happens whan the radios off so i'm guessing its the pump as thats back there too and guessing that might have something to do with the rust and lastly is that screw supposed to be there holding the flap open, i dont think it is but i never removed it after taking it off the past owner as i dont know why it was put there and what might happen if removed thanks
