  1. go coppers, do a search for sparkplugs.that conversation brought an overwhelming copper over platinum and irriduam verdict for skylines.
  2. reminds ME of the famous quote from the simpsons where grandpa is saying "i'm a member" and nobody is listening to him (stonecutters)
  3. for safety reasons or just cause it likely to last longer/better quality why is that? you're freaking me out, is it likely to go bang?? :uhh:
  4. if you have time, sit with them in the car while they tune, thats what i did. for about an hour and a hlaf we sat there and chatted and he explained everything he was doing, even used me to write down parameters.

  10. the one i bought yesteday was kiddie (kiddy?) i think. i asked the dude there if there was ant difference between the two to choose from, they were both the exact same price and he said it wouldn't surprise him if they were the exact same product too, just a different box.

  13. yeah cool. i'm sure they just threw in "are to be avoided" just to cover their asses JUST IN CASE.
  14. Well Finally i put these on after having em about 7 months they look absolutely awesome thanks Jay. gearstick boot is an absolute peice of cake for all you noobs out there who wouldnt know how to sew something together to save your life like me, i can vouch for the glue/staple option i did both, glued then stapled. the only problem is you can slightly see the staples which i'm not too bothered by for now, then next weekend i'm going to pull it out again and sew up the sides where you can see the staples and then pull the staples out. this would be a lot easier than trying to sew from scratch as its already in the right postition so that might be an idea for you all. bump for the master of leather
  15. hahah... yeah the amount of time i leave my car parked in the sun on a hot day is minimal.
  16. yahahaha *Throws shovel aside just purchased an extinguisher and mounted it ala duncans above post. is it safe to leave it in there all the time? Quote from the box "In a car, place the extinguisher within reach of driver. the extingusher must be secure to the vehicle. To ensure the extinguisher is ready for use at all times, do not store in direct sunlight or under a windscreen as temperature of 48 degrees (120F) are to be avoided" does a car not get a lot hotter than 48 degrees if left in the sun for a couple of hours?
  17. what the hell is it?
  18. JRX is awesome

  23. as far as i know the PFC HC has been available with the FC since it was invented. the laptop software allows them to tune in 300 units instead of the 60 units that the HC allows (not the right figures but you get the point) i would also guess that the laptop software will not guarentee any extra power just easier tunability thus more can be done a lot easier and quicker.
  24. yeah bro, but i saw this and thought you might be changing your mind. thus my aawww everyone's piking on me reaction. i'd love to cruise up with you, its a good looking car you got there.
