lol no i didnt common sense i suppose do you know what the part is called? pretty sure its been replaced in the past cost me $95 from nissan

Can anyone tell what this part is? It looks to have a pin hole in it and is leaking coolant form it. coolant is a rusty colour as well, should i flush the radiator out after replacing this part?
