when you say loose vct i know the rb26 is a non vct head but will i have to do anything to the bottom end like block up oil gallaries or anything or will putting the head in with an rb26 gasket do this automatically

do not want to do this due to the extra cost of bottom end when i will not be using it later on. also i hear the rb26 head has different volume will this cause problems. and i thaught i would probably need a different timing belt too.

was thinking of running a microtech ecu and changing to the rb26 loom as well.

just wondering if it would be to put posible and how hard it would be to put an rb26 head on a rb25det i want to do this because i am thinking of doing an rb30e/rb26 conversion in the future but right now i want to change to a plenum that doesnt run piping accross the top of my engine and i thaught why buy a new plenum for my engine when i will be changing eventually to an angine with a rb26 plenum. im not expecting to get any increase in power but then i can get my car ready for the rb30e bottom end.

hi there all the black stuff whatever it is is peeling off the inserts of my dash. i have decided i want to remove it all and paint the dash. does anyone know of a quick way to remove te rest of the black stuff some of it is stuck on pretty well any ideas much appreciated. Thanks Matt

moster tach installation r33 here is a diagram i cut and pasted togerther of how to wire in a monster tach i did this so i could check if it was the correct way to do so into my series1 r33 dont wanna get all gung ho, do it wrong and screw somthing up. i know there are other threads on this topic but i am a visual person and if somone will comfirm that i have this right or offer some constructive critisisum (if i spelled that correctly) that would be much appreciated anyway here is the link to the image link to diagram
