Ok Thanks Can anyone offer some boost settings suggestions please? I know max I can boost the stock turbo is 14psi, so how should I set it up? If I leave the boost controller in basic mode I can set low and high boost. The car is a daily driver and I drive through traffic lots coming and going to work. I use the highways on the weekends. But I want to be quick on the street and on the highway. -

ok TPS is Throttle Position Switch? So not worth connecting those wires than? -

It allows you to set the boost setting based on what the throttle position is. Does this give better performance vs just setting the boost level? -
Hello I am installing a HKS EVC VI into my R32 GTS-T car. Everything is just about hooked up. The boost controller has the option of having the throttle control and rpm settings work with the boost control settings. This envoles splicing into the computer harness. Is it worth having the throttle control and rpm settings to be able to work with the boost controller setting?

I do want to learn how to tune. I just dont know what I am looking for and what to change when tuning. So basicly the Nistune has the maps and all like any other tune computer, and you just adjust the values for it? I just dont want to kill the car. Ill try it myself if it is possible. -

Really? I thought it was more like 260 hp? I must have calculated wrong. That is with pod, full from turbo back exhaust, sports cat, and the boost controller? Oh yeah I am getting a new fuel pump since this car is 24 years old. -

I looked at the Hypergear Turbos before but the max hp for the one that was referred to me for the rb20 was only 350 hp. I want to go for 400hp. If you have ones that offer good response and can get to 400hp I will look at them again. -

What is a little laggy? Noticable? I am also going to have adjustable cam gears and Tomei Poncams, and the Nismo GT sports clutch kit which comes with a flywheel. Will this help take away some of the lag? I will go with a Nistune(if a affordable place in Japan can be found) or Mines or Power FC if have too, dont really want too. -
Hello I am choosing which turbo I am going to buy for my R32 GTS-T. I have researched the HyperFlow turbos, hi flowed turbos by a company called Raw Brokage in the states and looked at aftermarket turbos. My friend has a HKS GTRS with the whole kit that he will sell me for 600 dollars that used to be on his R32 GTS-T. It was used some but not lots because he got a bigger turbo and his car is now a massive GTR killer. Will this be good for buying the Hyper Gear turbo? The cheaper the better for me. I live in Japan so these options are cheaper for me.

Hello I am installing a HKS EVC VI boost controller to my R32 GTS-T. I will set the boost controller to .9 bar max(14 psi). Will the car computer limit the boost preventing me from reaching .9 bar, or will I be fine?

Hello Does the R32 GTS-T have a boost solenoid? I am installing a HKS EVC VI and the way it is installed is based on if the car has a boost solenoid or not.

So can a use a different exhaust manifold for the two turbos that you mentioned above for more response? Your VNT turbos, are they mounted in the same location as stock and the GTRS(SS)? I do not want any high mount turbos, trying to look as close to stock as possible. -

Hello What is the better computer to use for turning? Power FC, NIstune, Mines, Greddy emanage, FCON, ebay chip. The shops here in Japan that can tune a Nistune want 1000 dollars to do it. I live in Japan so the weather is different. My car is r32 gts-t. My goal is 400hp.

Hello I have a r32 GTS-T with split turbo down pine, 3 inch front pipe, sports cat and a 3 inch cat back exhaust with out the mufflar/resonator built on. I want to put on a exhaust which is 5 inches diameter cat back exhaust. It is a cannon type exhaust with a built in resonator/mufflar between the cat and the cannon part of the exhaust. Will this exhaust restrict the flow of exhaut more than the set up I have on the car now because it has the resonator/mufflar part built onto it?
