Id like to introduce myself. My name is Jodie and i run a small business in N.E Vic that offers a service called Flocking.
Flocking is very new to Australia, but i plan to change that.
We have done heaps of research into flocking and figured that not one company, i know of in Australia that flocks offer the products we do.
Our adhesive and flock are from Germany. The adhesive we use is specially designed for flock, so it will not peel, crack over time. It has been lab tested to hold up to high UV light.
The flock we use comes from one of the biggest manufacturers of flock in the world. Its high quality and made to withstand high UV light, is water resistance, oil and grease resistant. Will not fade!!
We only use nylon flock for car interiors, as it is UV resistance is much higher then rayon.
We apply the adhesive with a special spray gun, then use a electro-static flock machine to apply the flock.
It generally takes 48hrs to cure 100%.
I have a local freight company who can pick up from anywhere in Australia at an extra cost.
