  3. if someone wants to modify their car that doesnt suit your taste, piss off. im sick of reading things like "omg gtr copy wannabe bla bla bla im a big gay wanker". gtr's look hot with the wider guards, so why cant gtt's? putting guards on is one thing, putting hte badging on is another. either give them the information they need, or go home. for an actual reply, the front guards will probably swap over. to fit genuine rear guards you'll need to chop off your old ones, and weld on the new ones. but you could get fibreglass guards that are an ad on to your existing ones. then you'll need to flare your guards at the wheel arch a bit to make it look all in proportion as well as get more clearance. cheers.

  6. got any info on the calsonic radiators? thats cheaper than the just jap aluminium 40mm ones.
  7. the correct name for the windscreen stuff is urethane, automotive paint supply stores also stock it. its top stuff.. we use it for almost everything.
  8. if its an r32 then it very well could be. it seems to be a common problem with them. and as Waz has stated, getting an aftermarket gauge is best (but you'll need a sandwich plate etc). so go with the new sender unit first.
  9. most auto electricians do re-gas. have a look around for one.
  10. before you do anything else, get yourself a new oil pressure sender unit.

  14. i remember reading about a loom near the fuse box that you pull out and will lock the gearbox into 3rd position. (starts in 3rd, doesnt kick down or gear up). thoughts?

  16. my mate got a set of aftermarket s2 headlights for his s1. the guards line up, the there is a space between the lights and the bonnet, and also between the lights and the front guard. so you will need the bonnet, front bar and reo. and lights to do the conversion. im pretty sure they're all a straight swap.

  20. yeah i like those rims too! what i might do now is leave the middle black, then get the outside polished. i can always get it resprayed white later on. thanks chrissso!

  23. what i want to do is spray the black parts white, then get the blue part around the edges polished. cleaning isnt a problem cause my car is always dirty, so i wont bother. man i love harry de wheels... im there as often as i can be. where were you?

  25. what i meant was the gear getting stuck completely, it wont change into 2nd at all sometimes, and when in 2nd it drops into 1st and gets stuck again. what i did was clean all of the looms that are around the engine fuse box.. ill get a pic of what im talking about asap.
