save for a rebuild or a new motor.
if you keep driving it, it'll eventually eat away at your crank till you have to get a new one, then you'll have to get that one machined bla bla bla.
dont drive it around till it dies... because when it does you'll be left without a leg to stand on.
rb20's come cheap these days.. ive seen one for around $1500 for a long motor (get a short motor if you can). + labour and you'll have your car within a weeks time depending on your mechanic.
if you get the long motor, you could always try sell your rb20 head for a few hundred.
