my parents bought my first car, the motor and gearbox in my first car, my second car, my third car, and my fourth car, they werent expensive cars, i bought my r33 for 11,000 and all the work thats gone into it i've paid for...
i used to work for my parents so i needed a car to get around. as the business picked up they'd buy me a better car, it was their way of saying thankyou for all of the work i did for them (i practically ran the business).
with my kids i plan on making sure they earn their car. its one less hassle they need to worry about going through their studies. and i dont want them working just to pay a car off. i believe by getting them a car they'll be making a clear choice on their future without things like wanting to buy a car making them choose to leave school and start working before they finish.
