the afm has 2 points in the rev range where it maxes out. i found on mine that @ 3.8v at around 4000rpm you hit a flat spot, then again with 5v @ 5500rpm. because i tune vs. a map sensor with my emanage i've just moved the peak voltage at 3500-4500 to 3.5v, and 4500-6000 at 4.5v so the afm doesnt come into play at all. she runs sweet now.

guys, dont forget that there is another part to the exhaust - the replacement for the diff back to make it silent - this will need to be posted too. i wont separate the exhaust, it is all welded, there is only 1 flange and it is for the diff back section. Housie, buyer organises postage. let me know if you're still keen.

ive got a story like that but i was in the m3. i came out of a servo onto fairford rd (its a 3 lane rd, very wide and i had just gotten it back on the road and run in as we had just rebuilt the motor). i left the servo and put the foot down and was sideways till the set of lights around 50m away. i know i shouldnt have done it bla bla bla etc etc. coppers in an undercover saw the whole thing and pulled me over and asked the usual things after they checked my record, why did you do it? that was stupid, you've had your car impounded for doing the same crap before, give me a reason why i shouldnt impound your car now. i was totally apolagetic, very sincere and they let me off. i know i was doing the wrong thing but the m3 handles so well - i couldnt help it. so yeah, cops are tops every 1/100 times. every other time theyve been absolute flamin mongrels... a bunch of c*nts too.

ive found that my aluminium rad has a cooler cruise temp - around 75, down from around 80, but a hotter idle temp - from around 84 - 86-87.
