  1. WOW I have never pulled out a clutch peddle befor and got it out in about 20 minutes, welded it up and back it took no longer than 1 hour. only 2 nuts, 1 bolt and a pin. super easy !! but I am a bike mechanic so it would be easier than if you have never really done this be for but very good to learn how to fix these small things rather than paying someone probably about $400 to fix it for you
  2. It is actually that rat thing did make me laugh ahahaha
  3. so i come here to ask a question because im unsure and know one has told me so how am i ment to know and i get told to google and look at different forums. it might be a retarded question if u know how stuff work but some people dont and thats why they come her but yet you ask a question and people just laugh at you for sounding like a dick.
  4. BOV are used so when you change gear you dont back up your turbo and essentially keep it spooled when shifing, so why run a internal gate as well or is the gate just a fail safe so if the bov dosnt work you wont over boost your car?
  5. helloooo, here is another debatable topic and a question thats has more than likely been asked before, I have a 1993 S1 R33 GTS that i have fitted the stock turbo kit from the GTS-T, the car has been fine for the last 6 months no issues, But now i wanna up the boost from the stock 5psi to around 10psi nothing crazy. My question is, the stock system runs a BOV and a internal waste together, now i have only been running the internal waste gate but i have just ordered a Greddy BOV and want to know if i can just run the BOV and not the waste gate (still leaving the actuator on there waste gate just not running the vacuum hose to it). going off what i understand it should be fine but is there anything im missing ????
  6. i have 93 series 1 and want to know can the series 2 front bumper just bolt on ? this would help due to my front mount inter cooler dosent let my fog/indicators to fit in the bumper properly.and i see the series 2 is more designed for front mount
  7. haha, the only thing i can think off is my car was parked on a slopped driveway and we had a big storm and thats all i know lol
  8. FIXED IT!!! I checked the voltage to the coils 2 days ago and was spot on 12V, after running out of options i check the voltage again and only 1.5v, so turns out after the storm we had some water had got into the ignition relay down by the ECU and had a small amount of corrosion on the terminals, i swap it for the A/C relay and boom fired right up.
  9. yeah did that
  10. just tested cam angle sensor and its working fine and can hear injectors opening as normal
  11. Sorry if this post if in the wrong spot But my 93 R33 gtst has no spark, i have pulled the plugs out and defiantly no spark, i have check coils, and swapped out the ignition module/ power transistor, tried a different ECU and and tested air flow meter, the car dose have a after market imoberlizer but that hasnt been a problem ever. Any ideas
  12. yep ok, i will go get some tools and get stuck into it, then get back to you thanks for the help much appreciated
  13. sorry that i was abit vague on that, i ment i have checked the contentions/plug for them, for water and what not, i also have had the AFM fail once before and i know they start when there disconnected but wont rev, thats what i was check when i disconnected that, the fact i sprayed "start ya bastard" down the throttle body and it wasn't firing, to me means no spark, i have limitied tools at home they are all at work but im by no means a full on tech savy dude with skidlines, im a bike tech, so sorry if some of the stuff i type sounds abit noobish haha,
  14. car has been perfect for the last few months, no problems, alway started , we had a big storm last night and now car wont start!!! i have check: .all sensors e.g CPS, AFM, cam sensor... the fuel pump primes and i have fuel pressure. and i have compression witch leads me to spark!!! i have disconnected and reconnected all visible wiring plugs under bonnet, i have tried a different ECU and have sprayed aro-start down the throttle body, and no singes of firing, i also unpluged AFM and tried starting and still nothing sooo, it is not AFM, fuel pump/ pressure. the only thing i can think of would be the imoberlizer, but i have never had a problem with it. how can i test or disconnect the imoberlizer ?
