  1. Comes with lots of factory fitted extras: Full leather interior with cargo cover and cargo net, Bose stereo including factory sub and 6-CD in-dash changer, automatic folding mirrors, mirrors also angle down automatically when revering so you can see the curb with ease, mirror mounted indicators (not many with this option), rear spoiler, 18 inch alloys, keyless entry and starting - keep your keys in your pocket. Nismo(?) exhaust. 106,000Km Tires and brakes/rotors are near new with plenty of tread left. All fluids and filters have been replaced in the last 4000km. Looking for $10,500 027 8728 307 John
  2. Yup, you are right - its only because they are right beside each other haha
  3. Could anyone point me in the right direction for 2x front 02 sensors (possibly ebay)? I'm based in NZ so if there are any Kiwi's that could help, it would be greatly appreciated. JP
  4. Any ideas on how to stop this from happening again once cleaned?
  5. Unfortunately only BP sells 98 in NZ (at least in Christchurch), otherwise its 95 or 91. I'm not looking for smart-car figures but i'd like to get a little less than 15L/100km (6.8km/L), especially when other stageas are.
  6. OK, I might have to look at lowering the pressure then
  7. Plugs came with a big warning about not widening the gap due to the tips breaking(?)
  8. I got the plugs for $8 each from a 350z owner who sold his car before installing Geez, you must look after you car well I'm on Dunlop EnaSaves running about 40psi (49psi is max as stated on the tire) I'm running BP98. I've cleaned the TB - it was really gunked up. I should really look at changing the diff oils, and add a transcooler, VB, and trans flush. Could you point me in the dirrection of cables and software needed to connect a laptop? Any Kiwis know where to source the 02 sensors for a good price? Thanks, JP
  9. I figured Stageas to be heavier on fuel, around the same or slightly more than a turbo Subbie, but at 430km from 64L at mostly motorway/cruising speeds I suspect there is something a miss..... I'm after some friendly advice to help try to improve things. I've started with new sparkplugs (PLFR5A-11), and have noticed the tailpipe is very sooty (500ish km since it was cleaned) Thanks in advance, JP
  10. Did you get them from the listing on TradeMe? Don't rush, I don't need shocks. I just wanna lower my car and will use lowering springs unless they ruin my shock, at which stage I'll either replace or go coilovers.
  11. Checked out amayama.com, and at $196USD per corner I'm looking at $922NZD plus shipping and 15% GST - call it an even $1200 plus springs and coilovers become a real possibility
  12. Shocks are fine, but if lowering using only springs I don't wanna prematurely wear them out.
  13. So I priced up some BC Golds for $1495NZD, plus $500NZD for the certification to make them legal, when I found some Jamex springs for $299NZD delivered that will give me a 40mm drop. The seller (Jamex NZ) says there are no problems with using these as they are legal (no cert needed, direct replacement etc) and are fine with standard shocks - even saying they have never had issues with any of their springs being used on standard height shocks. I understand the attraction of coilvers, but I don't think I NEED that kind of adjustability. I just don't wanna wreck my ride or injure anyone by using lowering springs alone. Are they really that bad? P.S. At $400+ a corner to replace only the shocks(KYB) it is worth going to coilovers, but only if I need to replace them.
  14. Fantastic! Looks like I got a lot of extras with my car
  15. Great stuff, looks the same as the M35. I'l look at it tonight
  16. Cool, looks like I'm missing a couple of pieces. Any idea on what the L-shaped brackets and bolts would be for (1st pic top left)
  17. I've found these in the car, could anyone tell me what they are used for? I know the Jack and tools for removing the wheel cover and nuts, I'm interested in the other items across the top/back, and the strange looking one in pic 2.
  18. Hi Team, I've found the cargo barrier under the floor storage cover (I already have the horizontal boot cover set up). How do I use this? I can hang/clip both struts from the roof. How is it used to stop dogs and stuff from moving into the rear seats?
  19. This is exactly whats happened to mine. I got a garage to check the bearings as a road test was not conclusive. Spoke to Dunlop and they say the tyres are supposed to be very quiet....unless they have begun to sepparate. Put the car on stands, remove the tyres and see if there is play in the bearings are they are noisy or catching when you rotate the axle. This will help to narrow things down.
  20. Personally I don't think there are many cars coming into NZ with legit KMs. I am yet to find a dealer that will provide the auction sheets if requested. Having said that the car looks in really good condition and I do expect stuff to wear out (at least I know I'm good for a while when they are replaced).
  21. Looks like its the wheel bearings, going to chase the dealer to cover the cost of repairs.
  22. Checked the tire pressures tonight, all 4 sitting on 28psi. Pumped them up to 40psi and the car seemed less noisy, but not by much. I'll see how it goes over the next week and I might even see some improvement in economy too.
