  1. You're a f... *calm down... try to help* have you considered getting the police or ebay authorities involved?
  2. i'm really just bored at work trying to start a flame war... yeah i actually hate hicas it cuases nothing but problems... and yes i don't slide it i like to keep a nice cruiser
  3. you mean like, SAU? boost cruising's that way --> <------------NS.com is over here =P
  4. yeah nah i was just trying my whore hat on in the general forum, seeing if i could start somewhat a flamewar =P i'll just be in the wasteland if anyone needs me for the record i think drifting is when left to the proffessional drifters with nice looking cars but i just hate when some retard with his uncle's kingswood tries it to prove a point... ...just crap car in general... looks crap.... *Whoring*
  5. You know why? I'll tell you why... ...it's because your car was not made to slide sideways. If car manufacturers wanted your car to drive like a crab with downe syndrome then they would have attached trolley wheels or made it a hovercraft. There is a reason that skylines have the battery located in the boot, it's to cause balance and weight distribution to create a nice handling car. There is a reason that HICAS is there. it's to STOP your car from going sideways, it's called a safety feature Am I the only person who thinks drifting is kinda gay and destructive to cars? it's slower than driving straight, and it costs a lot more. what's the next craze to take off to destroy your automotive investment? driving head first into a brick wall? fast and furious brick wall ...I can see it now... "whoa dude did you just see that pro jap driver slam into that brick wall?" " yeah man, he's really talented, he's really progressing the nature of this art."
  6. well YEAH but like.... this has the power of a fiat 500!
  7. GAHHHHHHHHH WHEN DO WE GET THE FREAKIN GUNSSSS!!!! I TOLD YOU we won't give you a gun until you tell me your NAME!!! GRRRRRRRRRRRRRR I've had it upto HERE with your.... "RULES!!!"
  8. umm. ok, yeah it doesn't *help* but it's not there for no reason... ..for instance... DID YOU KNOW.... ...that HICAS is actually there to STOP the car from drifting? you may find yourself asking "why stop a car from drifting? and the answer is... ... because the cars were not designed with drifting in mind! YEAH! who'd have thought, cars weren't designed to be driven sliding sideways... in actual fact, card are designed to drive in a straight line! and turn using it's steering! but yes, jokes aside... if you intend to drift you gotta lose the hicas... and try buying a car that's not a 33 lol
  9. umm this is not really the correct forum dude... like, this is probably the worst one
  10. In a bin. ....failing that... monkey warehouse maybe?
  11. ...so I won't catch superAIDS if I put 8inch wide +23 offset? with stock front guards? they are slightly lipped though, by saying lipped i mean i have tucked the lip up on the inside of the guard... ...I'm excited about this, are you?
  12. Sorry to resurrect this thread, but I'm once again buying new rims... I won't say what, all I'll say is this... Dual PCD : 4x114.3 & 5x114.3 Front : 225/40/18 18x8J, offset 23 Rear : 245/35/18 18x9J, offset 35 Obviously the PCD is correct, (duh) the rears are fine I'm sure, but I do query the fronts, 8" wide and 23 offset? can anyone tell me how that would turn out?
  13. piccies please, offset and stud pattern also, please pm pics
  14. in my humble opinion you should probably go pvc as a cheap TEMPORARY option, i have reasons to go pvc piping (though i won't) pvc would hold heat a lot more than steel, particularly stainless steel, in lamens terms, steel conducts high tempertatures through itself very well, which is why the piping gets so very hot under driving conditions, this means the steel is passing the heat thru pvc is not a conductor of heat, it is an insulator of heat. therefore the heat does not escape, and puts hot air back into the engine, so wouldn't this completely and utterly render the fmic useless? not to mention the heat from the cops you would have, but on the topic of the conduction of heat and steel's superiority over PVC to conduct heat... ...wouldn't that mean the copper piping would be the wisest choice? copper is the best conductor of heat next to gold, and it's very cheap material to use!
  15. for every person that has posted their thoughts on this matter regarding the loss of your friend, there is probably about 50 or so others who read and haven't known how to put their thoughts onto the forum, so think about that! as for those posting nasty comments, you don't REALLY think like that you're just looking to cause uproar, please leave these thoughts in your minds, it's not necassary, there's a time and a place!
  16. yeah dude you change your spark plugs like. every 70 000 kms if you kept your stock ones....
  17. nah man i've just decided to get kermit to make custom piping for my cefiro rather than try to modify the r32 parts, probably about as difficult anyway haha
  18. for sale? how much you asking? it's not worth much dude, lol are we talking cefiro piping?
  19. no the cooler core itself is same as R34 i was more referring to the piping
  20. easiest yes best not necassarilly, you'd be surprised how simple this conversion is, and how effective it is a lot of people complain about the lack of low end power the rb20det has, with this combination i now have an rb20de high compression cylinder engine with the turbo, i'm only running low boost so it won't go bang, even in the event it does then i will simply put in R32 rb20.... but i'll probably build an rb30det in the event of engine blowing up
  21. so you performed a DE+T?? that;s what i'm doing, what i think i'm going to do is just replace the hose, it's not broken but it is 18 years old so i will just replace it and get it lengthened so it can be put out of the way of the intake pipe, then swivel the stopper around i know i could lengthen it myself but it's all high pressure hose so probably best i leave enzed to do that kind of thing, as i'm REALLY anal about that things like that. is that a good idea you think tony?
  22. in my opinion i would prefer the one with no mods but that's just me i'm so finicky about my car if i was living in the states i would have a fully maintained lowrider FACT BUT i think you would be happier with the modded one to be honest, from what i can gather, that's what you hear when you listen to your heeeeeaaaaaaaaaaaaaarrrrrrrrrtttttttt.... ....yyyyyyyyyyyeah best way to decide this, is flip a coin, and deal with it! if you're unhappy with the outcome of the coin, then you will have your answer! don't let some REJECT on sau decide this for you, JUST FLIP THE COIN!
  23. yeah it does seem to be direct bolt up, thicker cooler core and better angle / positioning, i love it thus far! turbo conversion is going along swimmingly for the most part i actually got the cooler from an S15, would that be any different? cos the S15 seems *eerily* adaptable to the cefiro piping. any of you fmic guys have stock piping kicking around? this is a serious question cos i can't find it anywhere cos everyone keeps throwing it in the bin. if you guys wanna box it up i'll slip you a tenner for the favour and pay all postage costs. cheers
  24. yep, you are indeed a retard remember to use tweezers so as not to lose the decals and don't use a big bowl try to get something shallow like a petri dish or a sour cream lid or some crap like that i dunno... good luck!
