Calling Out Iron Chef
Mr Eps replied to BakemonoRicer's topic in Importing, Compliance, Modification Laws & Regulations
As much as I don't want to answer this, yeah it's possible but chances of finding one there are sane odds as finding one locally If you're going to import buy something better :-p -

A Few Questions
Mr Eps replied to Ezy03's topic in Importing, Compliance, Modification Laws & Regulations
You would need to speak to either kristian at iron chef or Aaron from Import monster or any other broker that's on here man That said. Buy from USS auction house n just use an auction runner man. It's fine don't stress -
A Few Questions
Mr Eps replied to Ezy03's topic in Importing, Compliance, Modification Laws & Regulations
1) don't know, you'd need to speak to RTA or what ever you guys deal with. But question back is, why would you want to to delay it!?!?! If I'd just gotten a car complied I'd want to have it Regod and be driving that day!!! 2) yes, they can Organise it... And you are right.. It does depend on the broker, but it also depends on the guy in Japan... The auction runners etc. generally speaking a brokers auction runner staff will be at "whichever the most popular houses" are for that day on some what of a rotating roster, focussing on one auction house daily. Yes, they can do a special trip to a dealer / yahoo Japan seller / out of the way auction house, but that's in their own time, on their onus, on their terms. All train tickets, wages and lunches are paid for by you :-) Basically it's not worth it.. You're paying for your broker to find you a car in Japan that suits your needs, so ... Let them Find a car for you in Japan that suits your needs :-) you wouldn't jump behind the counter after paying for a sandwich to make your own sandwich :-p 3) Dude... Again, don't worry about a full page report / inspection, no point. At an auction this is the inspection that you get, guy looks at car, checks it out for 5 minutes, reports any faults he finds n says what he thinks about thaw car. He doesn't taste the trans fluid or pressure test the injectors etc... He gets in, starts the car, makes sure the cars clean. Change the gears, n tells you what he reckons the car is like... The rest is an educated guess by you :-) which makes it half the fun... Don't be a sissy about buying a car sight unseen, let's say you get a car n it shows up and a few months later a headlight bulb blows... .. Just get a new one!! :-) etc etc. My soarer was in fantastic nick when i imported it thanks to Aaron at import monster, still is, But today the radiator blew, so I got a new one! Easy :-) -
Hey all Just a thread to discuss WAs new red light fixed camera system. Don't start an arguement about whether or not they're revenue raisers etc, because that's obvious. However, fact is.. We've got them and they're only going to increase. Can someone please tell me how these cameras work??? I was of the knowledge that, once the light goes amber, the camera arms... And captures any speeding driver, Is that correct? Because i swear I saw a guy get flashed on a green light today... I also find that these cameras are only at intersections that are roads governed by MainRoadsWA So yeah... Aside from saying "don't speed" do any of you have any insight and or advice for fellow readers to take on board?? I got done for 10 kmh over on Reid hwy the other week. Which is weird because I NEVER speed anymore. I drive like grandma!!! Haha But yeah, let's discuss! Constructive posts only however...

S13 is a very basic car with not much to write home about... But that's the glory of them .. R33 sedan would be another point of interest for you.. Uhmm Corolla? Ke70? I have a friend with an NA 2jz mx73 Cressida that's low and stanced on rims that he will be selling soon that will be in your budget... 2jz... Rwd... 5spd manual... Rims... Low... Cressida. I love s13 to an extent I've been down since the first few started coming into the country in 1997/98 however I think there are more interesting and character filled cars to be had. What about NA supra even??

And yes, soarers come standard with magical camber bolts. But yeah. WA soarers are 99% driven by jerks and assholes who don't lower their cars and don't go bigger wheels than 17s because they're worried that it will "ruin the handling" (translate, too stingy to buy decent shit so just get cheap)
-
It's real easy to be honest, Teach your friend about the art of the magical camber bolts. Teach your friend about magical damper adjustment. Supra bushing and supra sway bars :-) Win And if you buy from over east for 10k series three is not out of your budget at all. But here out west series 3 is a rarity People here prefer to get A 1991 TT one and spend 10k doing Kustom airbrushing with joker clowns and wolves and thunderstorms n shit yo
-
^^^ serries one <<<< series 3

Fact: If it looks cool and sounds cool Who cares? It's drive ability will come down the track I got my yellow sticker off my soarer yesterday and today I lowered it 40mm ground clearance. Shit is driveable as fuuck now man. Why?? Because I know it looks baller. That's why.
