sorry sorry... ...im like.... soooooo bored. my manager got fired last thursday. my supervisor won 7 grand yesterday on the green fight.. and has taken the day off to celebrate.. the other lady i work with is on leave the other bloke i work with is on a first aid course - which is finished so the boys are all hanging out side drinking beers what else.. oh yea the ONLY other woman i work with - she was taking the morning off to go do some rehearsal for something.. calls up at like 1030 n says she's not gonna come in cos she's gonna get a few errands done and do xmas shopping then she's gonna pull the kids out of school at lunchtime n take em swimming. EDIT: another thing - this woman works part time three days a week - - how the FUUCK does she manage to NOT get this shit done in the 4 days of the week that she DOESN'T work? and the guy that verifies my work and incurrs costs for me in head office works part time and also has the day off.. that's EVERYONE i work with - and i can't get any more work done without one of em here. ...

okay just found a shop on ebay that sells it - each kit is 38 bucks (approx in aud) from the looks of things you MIGHT get away with three kits.. that's good! but shipping to perth for one kit is $42.. that's bad. but if you get three kits and i get one kit then total shipping is $105.. that's good! but even if we split the shipping appropriately, that's still a lot to pay for shipping. that's bad. but perhaps if we can build some more interest up in this product we can organise a small AND QUICK group buy? and work out a deal with the seller? that's good! but i CBF organising a group buy.. that's bad.. ...so if you're happy to buy multiple kits of the pink.. holla! and i'll get a kit or two, and we'll divide the shipping appropriately

wait, it's just a park bulb that's orange colour?? dude.. they sell them in autopro / auto1 and they're like 2 bucks each. ...but if you REALLY are awesome.. you'll be like ME and be bugged by the ever present "orange hue" that happens in your indicators.. ^^like that... IT PISSES ME OFF you can either: paint the bulb silver (hides the orange but still allows the orange to shine through on illumination) OR if you REALLY want to be baller. go to jaycar and get two or them. they have 6 led's or something.. i got them for my parkers the other day and they're AWESOME. get em in amber obviously.. they are the most baller shit OUT.

if it IS the ecu.. take it to perth digital - (see my thread a few threads down) that said... we can't really diagnose the problem over the internet when you A) haven't described what the car's doing very well and B) have such a heavilly modified car.. my advice to you is - take a step back.. go get yourself a coffee or go out and have lunch.. alone.. refresh your mind and come back with charged batteries look at the big picture, what's the car doing.. what are it's characteristics... write a list of things that it COULD be.. and work your way back from there.. think of "what's changed" since it last ran.. what's the car been through since it was last operational. don't go pulling parts out and ripping things off the car just yet.. actually use your BRAIN.. before using your hands / a sledge hammer you said you got it home and put the intercooler in it... did you do ALL the vaccum seals up? ALL OF THEM??? ALL OF THE RING CLAMPS?? etc etc..

yup. just a quick public "shouts out" and exposure to a little office located in Balcatta. just imported my series 3 vvti soarer (rare), registered it last thursday. paid rego - went to go to work. car drives off and breaks down in middle of busy intersection.. it's terminally DEAD. most people would wreck the car after this - but not me. i located it as an ECU problem. (rare car = rare ECU - time to consider a repair.. or even worse.. new ECU from toyota) took the ECU out.. had a look.. could see nothing wrong but bought new set of capacitors "just in case" - $10 from jaycar took it to PERTH DIGITAL .. found out these guys do electronic repairs - i won't lie.. i'm keen as with cars but complex soldering i leave to a pro. http://www.perthdigital.com.au/ unit 1 8 corbusier pl BALCATTA dropped it off today (monday morning) as i conveniently work around the corner $88 up front fee to repair and replace capacitors got a call in my lunch break to inform me that my ecu has: a stuffed diode leaking capacitors a corroded track on the circuit board (due to leaking capacitor) and corroded pinouts they didn't call me and ask me if it's okay to go ahead with the work, they just "did it" without consultation.. all up - i have had 9 capacitors replaced... a diode replaced.. a track repair on the circuit board.. pinouts cleaned and re-juvinated on the pinouts.. all up the service came to $100 even. fingers crossed my car will work thanks to these guys and their keen eye to spot this sort of thing. either way. moral of the story is - all you guys that have cars that are getting long in the tooth (2000 or older) PLEASE take your ECU to these guys. GET YOUR CAPS REPLACED AND YOUR ECU INSPECTED. it's a cheap service. old capacitors leak - and you'd NEVER notice it.. symptoms can be - but are not limited to: lumpy idle torque doesn't deliver properly through rev range fuel economy SUCKS or (like me) car can just fking DIE. for $100 - Perth Digital get my personal WA Workshop recommendation for 2010, recognised for their honest excellent customer service, positive knowledge and a price i'm MORE than happy with. honourable mentions go to: HYPERDRIVE MALAGA for always delivering a quality product at a reasonable price - and ALWAYS following up with customers before carrying out unplanned works STRUT SPECIALIST in osborne park - replaced dead gas struts in my boot with exchange parts in TWO of my families' cars.. in and out in about 20 minute and swapped the struts over for me no questions asked.. $66 per visit with exchange parts.. highly recommend.
