hey guys found a nose clip. it has a certain... particular ...part... that i want. but they wont seperate it unless i buy the whole nose cut...reality is i don't want this stuff kicking around the house, sooooooooooo i'll just divvy the parts i don't want for cheap? sooooooooooooooo any of you perth guys (or possible over east guys i can organise postage) want to go sharsies with me? if i can recouperate SOME of the costs for this i will justify spending money on this... otherwise i'll just leave it where it is!! it is a series 2 it has bumper (series 2 - the smooth type) reo headlights (chrome) parkers bumper mounted indicators i'll call tomorrow to confirm what else it has but parts will be pretty cheap if you go in this with me... like, both headlights $100 or less, parkers 80 or less., bumper about $100 odd. bumper mount indicators maybe? $40 for both?? very cheap front clip parts!!!! anybody interested?

(thankfully) saturday went for a drive to a shop, bought a lower control arm for $60 over the counter no wait no fooling around. windshield though... there's NO cefiro's being wrecked... how do i get a new windsehilD!?!?! thankfully - instant windscreens supply, call out, and fit me a new windshield with green sunstrip at the top, rain proof coating and (limited) warranty for $300. same price as a commodore, falcon etc. another example. my parents drive a soarer, they broke the gearstick button (dont ask how) got a complete gearstick assembly posted from over east DELIVERED for $20. parts are easier for imports than commodores. why? because import owners have our communities and stick together, we all help each other out. and on weekends we give each other hand shandies. ...yes that is obligatory.

PERIOD. it will make your car memorable, people will mention "the slammed white GTS with the black work meisters" you COULD buy extractors, but let's be real here, you're in this car cos you're on your P's. the minute you get open class you're going to be in the market for anything turbo... so why spend thousands of dollars on exhaust mods when you're just going to be selling the car in about 18 months time anyway? $2000 spent on intakes, extractors, dump pipes, cat backs, tuning (trust me it's easy to get up to spending this much) could INSTEAD be used for $2000 toward your next turbo car. and that's about 1/5th of it THERE, DONE. lowering, wheels. DONE. "JDM" is there. to everyone else... buying counterfeit chinese wheels is not JDM btw =P do what ever you want - it's your car... but don't get ADHD and start putting flame stickers on it and carbon canards on your carbon bumper and carbon fenders dude... it's a non turbo. white R33's look great if the headlights are kept nice, the paint is kept clean, the wheels are neat and the stance is low. when you start putting eyelids, vented bonnets, roof scoops, scissor doors etc - that's when they look like garbage. and trust me - they can be VERY hard to sell down the track.

(sorry!) get SWEET coilovers. lower your stance. get wheels. these are things that will ADD value to the car really.. (or at least stop depreciation!) as for bobjane / ozzy / drifteks / tempe. is this thread for real??? like seriously am i entering a troll thread? guys? help me out here? are you actually from hiroshima? im scared. okay. you dont understand offset, ill try explain. imagine a wheel, there's two parts to the wheel. the "face" and the "rim" (barrel) say the rim of that wheel is 8 inches wide. the centre of that width is considered a zero offset. meaning it's mounting face offset neither negative nor positive. if the mounting face moves "inward" it is a negative offset. positive if the mounting face is toward the outer of the rim. soooooooo a 8in +35 offset, means, the mounting of the face is 4inches into the wheel. but 35mm toward the outer of the wheel. as for your dumbass "im only 4 stud" arguement. SHUT UP. you want rims? i'll get you rims if you're in australia. work VS 18in by 8.5 +19 offset in front 18in by 9.5 +19 offset in rear with tyres. about $1600 delivered to victoria. so freight to your city may be extra. Work meisters. black. would look GREAT on a white R33. 18in by 8.5 +24 all round with tyres about 1600/1700 deliv. to victoria its very easy to get your car looking "JDM" your car IS jdm. i don't get you, man... where are you located? want some rear coilovers? im not on antilag so yeah, honestly i want epic cruise. All golden era four doors... I will also start an events thread in wa forum too in case r33 owners arent up to checking the sedans section. So yeah. Want a lot of cars but want them to understand this is a completelt well behaved cruise with respect for other drivers and road safety. No burnouts. No exhaust flames. No drifts, just cruising. Its not that hard But yeah if antilag has ppl on it the let them know!

welcome to sau... its as simple as this. If a car is japanese and you dont remember it being sold at an official dealer, it's an import. If a car was sold in australia, in most cases it cant be imported. All skylines are imported. As are soarer, silvia, chaser, supra etc etc... But if i may ask...why ask that?? Like, Why would it matter if it was or not?

to summarize. Buying locally you may (or may not)save a bit of money. And you get the car that day. But as for better deal in the long run. Import import import!!!

Specialist and enthusiast vehicles. That means. If you want something special. If you want one thats awesome. If you want something truly unique. Importing is for you. If you just want cheap. Then buy local. But... The few hundreds saved buying locally can cost thousands in service updates when you find out your 43xxxkm car has actually done 160xxxkm. Also saving that $400 at a dealer on that white stock R34 could mean splurging on te37's later on, whereas importing you can get your hands on a black r34 s3 with logbooks and SSR professor sp1. A friend of mine had an R34 gtsr east bear demo car till last weekend... Sold it last week. I bet he'll regret that!

WELL BEHAVED. I MEAN THIS. this is to be a cafe strip / freeway / tunnell coastal cruise. there is to be no "zig zag" no "carpark burnouts" none of that. just a mature cruise. following cars are welcome.
