They are really great guys, and i think they have the best cars in Sydney. The service was great; we got the best value for money including 5 years warranty. They even found a spare set of keys and remote control for our car, and posted it to us a few weeks after we bought the car. We bought a Toyota Estima 2005 model 6 months ago, and it is the best car we've ever had. Ten times better than the Chrysler Grand Voyageur we had previously. I checked the license of JapAuto World on Fairtrading, and everything was OK. I did two months of research, visiting almost every car yard in Sydney. Most cars I checked definitely had more kilometers than advertised. Some car yards had really rusted cars, but we found the best car in JapAuto World. The car is in better-than-showroom condition, and I am a mechanic. It feels like no human has ever used the car. It was a pleasure doing business with JapAuto World, and we highly recommend them.
