  1. Is it drivable on the street? Or are these track-only cars?
  2. There's a sticky thread about which tyre to choose. A lot of the higher performance tyres are designed to be great in dry weather and not so good in wet weather. Look at the street tyres if you want something decent in wet weather, but you should be driving every carefully in wet weather with any tyre, otherwise you won't have the car long...
  3. Just FYI, the Federal 595 RSR's, I've found them brilliant in the dry, ok in light rain, not so good in heavier rain. While driving at 100km/h down the freeway and changing lanes slowly, I could feel one wheel gently drift a little to the left or right occasionally (possibly a tiny bit of aqua planing). It also happened while traveling in a straight line...
  4. I can confirm R33 and R34 have the same fan / shroud. I'd assume R32 is the same but not 100% sure sorry.

  6. How many flashes? Knocking can cause the light to flash, among other things....
  7. Shroud makes a measurable difference in temps
  8. Consistent ones between cylinders ? Did you check the sticky - http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/Sk...ne-t113261.html ? I think the results vary between engines but around the 150 mark sounds familiar....
  9. Two problems there, your associating your workout with fat loss. I don't agree with the bulking/toning, have a read of The Truth About Bulking You can gain muscle and look more toned at the same time, its just hard to do. In fact, I don't agree with bulking/cutting cycles at all, have a read of The first 5 years PTC - 10 GREATEST FITNESS/STRENGTH MYTHS read number 9 in particular. Finally maybe try a beginners program? Quoting Markos from that article "You are a beginner if you cant bench 100kg, squat 140kg and deadlift 180kg. I dont care what your bodyweight is, get bigger, its why your lifting. Bodyweight is not an excuse." Also see my previous posted link

  11. On what lifts? Your hands will get used to it over time, I use chalk for heavy deadlift's. Although if you never plan on competing in power-lifting or similar than you can get away with gloves...since not using gloves I've found my grip stronger though.
  12. Did you use a reputable tuner? And have you discussed the tune with them? Around 250rwkw used to be average for Racepace with similar mods to what you have, but it was +/- 10kw. Also dyno's do differ a little so you can get different power levels on different days / places
  13. I've had some work done by DT Panels before, they're pretty good....however it all depends on how much damage.
  14. Ah right, sorry I completely misinterpreted. Interesting, looking forward to some dyno graphs
  15. The problem with the standard RB26 ceramic turbo's is that when they let go they can take the engine with them. I assume the hypergear version would be able to take a higher temperature than the 10+ year old RB26 turbo's?
  16. Automated spamming program (above) I was reading some interesting story recently about a guy who spends his time tracking down those spammers and taking them down
  17. http://www.miata.net/garage/tirecalc.html might help, that's a 5% difference
  18. That's a lot of isolation training there, did you just want to gain muscle? I'd drop most of those exercises and stick to the basics...
  19. The franchises are getting bought out by other companies...
  20. Won't fit with the adapter I use a Ryco Z442 I think there is another 3/4inch thread one that is very similar in size, I think the above is recommended for R34's and the Nissan Pulsar...its small
  21. $350 for a lockbar and install? Sound expensive, I bought the lockbar for $80, or less, and the installation wasn't too difficult... The wheel alignment did cost a bit
  22. Oh, blind_elk if you want to do screenshots from webpages, and you use FireFox, my choice is FireShot. Its a little heavyweight but you can add little notes on the image before saving it: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/5648/
  23. Which program are you using? If you're images are in bitmap or similar, there should be a "Save as" or an "Export" option. When you export, change the format to something such as PNG or JPEG, this will rapidly decrease the size. If you've taken the photo off a camera, or if its high resolution, you might want to scale the image down to 1xxx pixels, so something like 1200 x <?> pixels or smaller Less pixels is of course a smaller image and smaller file size.
  24. Have you tried Federal 595RSR's ? I find them decent from cold, although I rarely push the car that hard when its cold...so my opinion may be invalid
  25. Yes, unless your strong enough to remove the filter by hand.
