Weetbix = wheat, high starch content I would generally avoid it. Also if your gluten sensitive it will be an issue. In fact any cereal in going to be high starch potentially high sugar depending which one you buy. If you want something like a cereal you would be better off with rolled oats. I'm not a fan of soy milk either, too many hormonal side effects if you take too much.

Omlettes are good. Just mix in a non-starchy vegetable, I do eggs, spinach and bacon, or eggs spinach and chicken. Very healthy for you, try to ensure you get 30g of protein into the serving, as that makes a difference for fat loss. Alternatively there are a variety of recipes involving greek youghurt on here: http://www.marmaladeandmileposts.com/archives/19898 http://www.marmaladeandmileposts.com/archives/22388 Good luck.

I believe this is a german made Blaupunkt Velocity VR504 reference amplifier. 4/2 Channel Amplifier - RMS (4ohms) 4 x 50/2 x 50 watts - (2ohm) 4 x 75 watts - Frequency Response 10-70000HZ - Variable low pass filter 40-120 Hz - Variable high pass filter 40-250Hz - Subsonic Filter 15 HZ - Bass Boost +6dB Unfortunately there are a few minor things missing: The remote screw has been lost, this should be easily replaced. One side panel is missing (as pictured) The side panel is missing its thumb screws, unfortunately I'm unsure where they are. This was removed from a working car, quite a while ago, this was definitely built well before the GFC, I never had any issues with it and only ran 4 speakers from this amplifier. Pickup in Lynbrook, Bentleigh or Burwood East depending on time of pickup. The courier is approx $25. Offers close to $100, feel free to make an offer.

Ever Fought A Speeding Fine In Victoria? Here's My Day In Court:
some_cs_student replied to Little's topic in Victoria
The verdict isn't too bad, I'd call that a win for you. The judge would normally just throw it out under some rediculous reasoning that police are always correct and your guilty.... -
That is correct

Nothing makes it a competition lift if it wasn't at a competition. But if its paused on the chest without spotters touching the bar then its an excellent gym lift

I read it again, from reading your original post alone I was not clear of your point of view. Your new post makes a lot more sense

I don't see the saturated fat from eating some fast food as a risk. It would depend on your overall diet. I generally don't accept the concept of "high cholestrol", I think the ratio of HPL to LDL is more interesting as per the discussions in the Smarter Science of Slim / Johnathon Bailor and others. Here's one random one about saturated fat http://articles.mercola.com/sites/articles/archive/2002/08/17/saturated-fat1.aspx Also I'd be looking at your pre-workout (and maybe post-workout) nutrition if you want to improve your gym sessions. If the person cares about their health/appearance they probably don't want to eat large amounts of the wrong kind of fast food(s) . And irrelevant of the exercise, if they eat the wrong kind of foods it's going to end up in weight gain. If your naturally skinny then I don't see it as a big deal to eat fast food, you can obviously do better with your own cooking / non-fast food.

Hitting is not required, HIIT is good though.

Dezz do you have a chiropractor? I've had similar issues and most of them eventually ended in a back injury of some kind, I've had a *lot* less since seeing a good chiro regularly.

Weight matters, formulas are usually based on age, weight, and amount lifted. And of course sex

Its a shirt . Like this one: http://www.inzernet....T_ID=08_TPL_DEN although it depends on single ply, multiply et cetera. It completely changes the lift, I've tried one on once and could not get 120kg to go down at all, I needed more weight. The tightness is more across the back then the chest when I tested out a bench shirt, but I've never competed in one or learned to use a bench shirt correctly. There are also squat suits...these also change the squat and allow more weight to be squatted.

The texas bar has a *lot* of flexability. I can feel the difference around 100kg off the floor. By the time you get to 200kg the sides leave the ground significantly later than the middle, and it gets worse as you add more weight

Any idea of root cause? My knee tendonitis is actually a combination of hamstring tightness and glute tightness, and maybe the quads are involved too. Either way, if i stop stretching / rolling for any reasonable period of time even without weights I start getting knee problems. The physio's gave me some excercises but they never helped, it took a long time to find the cause.
