  1. I'm now unable to post in the Hypergear highflow topic in the Forced Inductions section. I tried a few times but always the unknown error strikes I might try again tonight...
  2. So this turbo was put on a stock XR6 AU ? And tuned with an aftermarket ECU I would assume?
  3. Really? AU's didn't come with turbo's so was the turbo from another XR6 car? Or was the car a BA XR6 turbo?

  5. We have them at the gym. The ones we have are either 10 or 15kg at the top of the lift. Its designed to strengthen the triceps. The "easy" part of the bench varies on the person, I can get it off the chest easily on most lifts but fail a small distance above the chest.
  6. They tend to be very strong! Footballers do not seem to do the same kind of strength training.
  7. I heard from the coach that it was originally developed for the off-season for lifters go move between weight classes. Its designed to gain muscle Its 10*10 sets, the killer is the 60 second break between sets. I've tried it a few times, I haven't done it for any extended period of time but it did seem to improve strength...
  8. Looks great, I have a single piece of metal with 2 holes that serves the same purpose. Not as pretty as that one and can get in the way
  9. You know vegetables are carbs? Right?
  10. I'd say no, if you sit down and work out the amount of fats your eating from the cheese. And then break it down by the fat type. I'd mainly be worried about the saturated fat, however those volumes aren't large, and the calcium blocks some of the absorption anyway. I wouldn't be worried about it
  11. Yes definitely The calcium helps prevent fat absorption from the cheese, but I think cheese in general is fairly calorie dense. Same with nuts, they're a great source of fat but fat is calorie dense. Almonds are good...in small amounts
  12. As long as the police don't start shooting on suspicion that you have a pick axe we should be ok
  13. http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/topic/174517-car-alarm-installations-audio-ben-supporter/
  14. I believe the loophole is closed, I tested it on a redlight camera fine and it did not work. I met someone who consulted there and he advised there was a loophole but I've never seen anyone exploit it successfully
  15. Have you ever had a not-at-fault accident ? With 3rd party you and the other insurance company sort it out, and it can take time, they can try to force you to go to their choice of repairer et cetera. I've been told legally you don't have to use their choice of repairer. Furthermore they will make you wait until they're client's car is repaired before authorising your repairs. Comprehensive, they take care of it for you, you get your car fixed. Also as mentioned 3rd party fire/theft is often capped at 5K, read the fine print. And you already know what happens with an at-fault accident
  16. Interesting, I've got project mu rotors now but they're on the way out The front is nearly no longer slotted
  17. I'm definitely curious what can be bought from the USA in terms of parts. It always works out cheaper than Aus
  18. Ok sure, but under these laws if a cop is having a bad day and you rev your engine too hard, you can have your car impounded for 30days, $500-$1000 of fees plus any fines you receive and maybe a defect / EPA. That's a little ridiculous, even for the nanny state. I can see these laws encouraging people to run more than pullover, especially beyond the 1st offense.
  19. If it works, its usually banned. Caffeine works to a point, along with creatine. However most strong I've met supplement very little.
  20. Most AU Fairmont's I looked at did not have a VCT engine... Maybe your thinking of the fairlane?
  21. I bought this one, a little more about $270 USD "JDM NISSAN SKYLINE RB26DETT 60K TIMING BELT SERVICE KIT" It includes a water pump. Its so much cheaper in the USA
  22. You filled up the bottle in the boot of the car with diff fluid? Or you poured it into the transfer case via gear knob area?
  23. Actually one of the extremely strong powerlifters in the 90kg class at the worlds actually varies his diet to switch between powerlifting and bodybuilding. He does minimal isolation...its an interesting way of doing things.
