My brother has one, it's pretty sweet. He's only got PGR3 for it at the moment though. I personally am waiting until either a price drop occurs or there are more games on it that interest me as well. Also by then any 'gremlins' that are usually associated with first generation consoles should have been sorted by then (my brother has already had a few non serious issues with his 360).

Hey guys, just wondering who else has played Project Gotham Racing 3 on the Xbox 360 yet. What did you think? It's got an impressive line up of cars, including the good old R34 GTR Vspec 2 Nur and the upcoming GTR (known as a GTR concept) as well as heaps of Ferraris and Lambos new and old and the Ariel Atom!. I was a little surprised at Porche being 'absent' however, instead they have RUF. Graphics look awesome, even more so when the cars aren't moving (there's heaps of motion blur when they are racing). And the new photo shoot mode rocks!

When I brought my Skyline, the stations were always 10 lower, i.e. 92.9 was 82.9. It couldn't pick up any radio station above 99.9 I think.

It is possible to remove an AVCR with out snapping the cable. The cable coming off the back of the AVCR plugs into another cable that comes from the harness, solenoid and pressure sensor. The manual instructs you to push this connection though the firewall of the car so someone could just unplug this and take your AVCR. I guess if you didn't feed this plug through the firewall it would be a lot harder to nick it. I don't know if this applies to RSM's however.

I've had my car for going on 4 years now and all I've had to change on it were brakes, spark plugs, timing belt and tyres (plus regular servicing of course!) The only thing that has gone wrong with it so far is that the electric side mirrors don't work anymore but that's an easy fix if I could be bothered.

What about motorcycles like Harley Davidsons? Also, how can they tell if you've used your horn for the wrong reasons (is there even a correct reason?) Large trucks? I think if they are going to put these cameras in then they have to be able to give us a proper limit in writing as to what is too loud and not "I think it's too loud, cause I said so!"

I've put my AVCR in the same place as mr crust, but not quite as neat (the cable isn't tucked into the ash tray). I've got it stuck on with heavy duty velcro so I can take it off and hide it under the floor mat if I'm parked somewhere dodgy (like a shopping center ) I just have to remember not to step on it when I get back in the car!

Although I use a HKS, I've also read about the Apexi ones being the best so that's what I'm going to get next if I decide to stay with a pod filter. If you do a search you should be able to find a link to the article somewhere.

I use an Apexi AVCR as well, managed to get it new in Australia for $620 delivered. I don't find it difficult to use at all.

I use the Nismo regulator as well. It's pretty good and fits in the stock position, no need for extra fittings.

If you are looking at S15 injectors, you want the ones from the Japanese S15 (I think they have a brown top) as they are the 440cc ones. I think the Aussie S15 has 370cc injectors.

I don't know about other turbo timers, but I have an Apexi one (the slim style) that lets you turn it off if you don't feel like waiting for it to run down. I've never put petrol anywhere near my car with the engine running!

I've cut my front reinforcement bar when installing my FMIC, but I've only cut it just enough so the FMIC could fit. I think you would want to keep it there, for safety reasons wouldn't you? It doesn't look as cool as KeeFy's front bar however.

I managed to get my R33 for 20K from a car yard when they were advertising it as 25K. I'd seen it in the weekend newspaper for 20K, but were selling during the week for 25K. So when I went there on a Monday I offered them the weekend price. They just about made their money back with stuff like paint protection, rust proofing, mystery rattle insurace etc.

There is an R32 that HPI are building that uses a KKR 480 turbo. They said that it was a plain bearing type, and needs some minor modifications to get it to fit but the dump pipe that they have on their site makes things slightly easier. They were quite happy with it though, anyone else have experience with these turbos?

Also danielson looks like he's got a white sticker on the side of his car in his avatar. I can't see one in the photo, but maybe it's just the angle. I also thought the rims in the photo looked white.

Yeah my bad, but the same sort of thing should happen to some of them! Do you think they would've actually smashed these cars, or would it just be computer trickery/car shells?
