Just bought an upper radiator hose. Old one looked a bit worn. $55 from Nissan / Renault on Unley Road, S.A. OEM P/N 21501JK200 for reference. -

I wouldn’t say Nissan dealers hate us. They make money off us too. Even Toyota dealers are envious of Toyota Mark X and Crown Athletes /Majestas imports. Sales would probably get peed off cause the mech and car talk is way over their head .. -

bled then changed sorry, was easy just had to disconnect the air filter assembly and coolant reservoir to access the drain plugs. Then after it was all flushed I used genuine Nissan Coolant. It wasn't necessary but I'm addicted to this car.. -
Oh I have a similar one, minus the cable. Mines for TV remote

Servicing Your V35 - List Of Whats Needed
N3ptuNe replied to R6n350GT's topic in V Series (V35, V36, V37 & Infiniti)
I was going to do the Oil today. But the 370GT RWD needs a hoist. The sump plug is dead set in the middle of the sump. So it needs to be raised level otherwise it's not all going to come out.. DAMN!! Got the oil and filter ready to soon. -
Best Spraypainter In The Adelaide Metro Areas
N3ptuNe replied to N3ptuNe's topic in V Series (V35, V36, V37 & Infiniti)
So I went to all the suggestions. I like Silvers; it is a bit far from the western suburbs however I think they would do a great job. I also like Premier on Regency road that also do BMW’s and Lexus. Both seemed to know what they’re talking about. Premier is adamant that they can do a better job than Findon Crash Repairs, who painted my Guard without permission and basically costed me $800 in repairs now! I think people really struggle to nail the Athens Blue B21; it has unique pigmentations in the metallic and has no purples/reds and greens. Every painter in Adelaide including the ones I mentioned above, mix and match their in-house paints with their paints brand spectrometer. I don’t understand why nobody can order the original Athens B21 patented paint from Nissan or Infiniti.. -
I have a 64GB 120 MB/s Sandisk Extreme. with a few GB of mp3s reads fine, and would be faster the the Nissans hard drive too.

Hey all, I had the front bar re-sprayed to remove stone chips and generally make it look kick ass new. The crash repair shop that did the job for me didn’t do a good job. The blue is not the same blue and the pigments within the metallic are different. I’ve made them do it twice. They also painted my FLQP without my permission or genuine justification. Probably to blend & hide their bad work so I wouldn’t notice, and I wouldn't of if a mate of mine didn't point it out. Under 500W+ transcendent lights it tells the true story. Anyway! Does anyone know of a place that can actually import the right paint and not just mix and match what there paint rep supplies? Or that can actually make the right colour/ pigmentation and use a spray gun?

Registered put 15K that's what I paid! Even Service SA said to put what I paid not the market value
-
I just spoke to a duo of dudes who import cars and mining equipment into S.A, Queensland and N.T over FB. They strongly directed to “ONLY” specify the amount you payed: 16,000,000 YEN Their arguments: You don’t drive a shipping container, you aren’t driving customs, and you don’t drive the $2500 TAX Customs slogged you! Plus you certainly cannot drive your compliance officer, unless he swings that way….. Continued: if I sold you my BMW M3 for 35K that’s certainly less than half the market value, that’s your good fortune! Your time, luck and patience worked out…... To get a giveaway. You wouldn’t say you payed 100k right? The due continued…. That’s why we import to save a buck,. So if you want to add everything that’s not driveable, and is TAX’s + Govn fees HELL go for it, why don’t you add tint and tyres to the stamp duty too I like his advice..

Cheers GeeDog, Indeed they are Revenue raising! and indeed pricks also!

Thanks Nightcrawler, that was the exact answer I was looking for, I'm not trying to pull a dodgy just want to be as honest as possible on the documentation.

Hi mate, I’m not talking about GST or import fees, Import certificates etc, just the Transfer amount (Stamp Duty) for Registering a number plate with Service SA to get the beast on the road next week or Motor reg in other states.
-
It's not a MOTEC lol
-
Hi Dudes, Just a quick question.... What was the specified amount for stamp duty in terms of registering with Motor Reg? The sale of the car example: 16,000,000 yen ($17100AU) Above + Shipping + Customs All above including compliance I think it's unfair to pay stamp duty for all the above considering they are not car costs..
