thats what i was originally going to do. I sent them an email clearly saying what i was after and it was like i got an automated response saying to send my turbo in. I clearly stated thats not what i wanted to do as the car can not be off the road that long at the moment. So i figured if they cant answer an email properly what is the service actually going to be like... So yeah thats why im looking at other options.
No idea what they are mate. Im a turbo retard pretty much. Just dont want to much lag but want to get around 280kw at the wheels. Got all other sipporting mods. Afm, 550 inject, fmic, fuel pump, nisstune, boost controller
Just wondering what other aftermarket turbos will give me similar response to a highflowed standard turbo? Just incase one comes up. Want to use standard manifold too.
Down to the lightest i have been in years 88kg sitting 11-12% body fat strength starting to hit a wall but still pretty strong. Look flat and bloated from sups and bugger all carbs. Cant wait for another few weeks to switch things around a bit when i get below 10%bf
Joints are a bit sore so belts and straps for pretty much everything
The best thing i have found from the dexa which must be called something different is the visceral fat amounts which is very important to health weather you train or not.
when i had my last dexa scan you wouldnt want to see the pics hahah had the whole crutch everything like you would imagine xray glasses to be. Didnt happen on the first one though.
I was 96kg at 13% body fat and am 5 foot 10"
They are excellent i thought i was a lot fatter haha
Spot on there with the pure carbs. I actually buy ultra low carb but quality protien and put my own 2 scoops of pure carbs in after training and actually have one scoop of pure carbs pre work out. Notice the difference with carbs big time. especially getting vascular
I found creatine to be a waste really. Food and maybe a little protien straight after training and a long acting before you go to bed is the only thing worth while personally.
If you want something to make a difference gear up
After doing a lot of reading a lot of people are saying shimming the diff is fine. The LSD in it is pretty tight and predictable from the very little driving i have dont of it..
What is everyones opinions on shimming?
Seeing as its purely a daily driven car.
Also going to leave it at the power it has now and get a track car it looks like. Mrs suggestion not mine. She must of had a good day...
Was going lower boost in winter or even when she drives it. In saying that she has pretty good control with the foot and is actually very good at getting the car up and going. Not one to just flatten it actually feels what the car is doing. She drove my manual LS1 before and that was a pig to drive. I do understand turbo is a different car but to be honest i have more chance of coming unstuck than she does.
Pretty sure on the avcr you can actually turn boost down in certain gears.
I pretty much only drive it after i do something to it or someone else does.
