  2. Guys im after some R33 GTS-T m-spec side skirts and rear pods. im in sydney.
  3. good work b2barker. so the end result of having a learning versus non learing is.... faster spool up, less or no overboost? is that correct? any other benifits?
  4. hmmm... confusing. Anyone alse? i just bought one (2nd hand) for my PFC and decided to get some info about it. I couldnt work out what that self learning thing was all about? unless its just some some marketing hype?
  5. quote from the Apexi website... "Power FC allows the user to access a full self-learning boost controller" can anyone tell me what this means?
  6. dave, im guessing the model number is written on the unit somewhere? i had it installed by a tune shop so ive never even seen the unit. thanks

  9. Hi All, Got my car back from Unigroup Engineering! I had the guys replace my stock injectors with SARD 550cc units, replaced the stock ECU with a Power FC and the stock fuel pump with a Nismo fuel pump. Before we started i asked the guys to iron out a few flat spots that i was encountering with the original setup. THey managed to eliminate the flat spots and gained a large amount of torque along the way Ive attached the dyno results which show just how much power and drivability was gained with these 3 mods. The RED line on the dyno represents the car in "stock" Exhaust, intercooler and a little boost. The BLUE line represents the car with the tuned PFC, Fuel pump and injectors @ 10psi THe GREEN line is the same as the blue line but with 1psi of extra boost (11psi). As you will notice the boost starts to die off from 5500rpm which indicates i need a larger turbo (next mod) I absolutely love driving it now with the bucket loads of torque, im ry happy with the results and the quality work performed by Unigroup Engineering.
  10. Guys, THe guys at Unigroup managed to source a controller out. Thanks for the support nevertheless.
  11. Thanks guys, i still havent found one unfortunaltely... Getting the guys at the the performance shop to look around today (Monday)
  12. Hi all, My stock ECU failed during an attempt to try and place a piggy back unit onto my "stock ecu". its was later discovered that my ecu wasnt stock and the piggy back ecu decided to destroy it! So now ive placed a Power FC in my car but do not have a hand controller to configure it.... my car is a Unigroup Engineering and the guys are pretty desperate to get my car out today as they have so many other jobs on their hand at the moment. The are offering a free dyno run if someone is kind enough to lend them a contorller for 1 to 2 days. On top of that i will leave a FULL deposit on the controller and return it back to you stright after they are finished working on it (monday night 20th) + ill pay u $100 just for letting me hire it. Please can someone help today? id so please call me on the number below, i can pick up anywhere in sydney. ps my car has been out of action for over 1 week and its painful thanks Borry 0416290201
  13. Hi all, My car is going in for to Unigroup for some mods on monday. They will be installing some 550cc Sard injectors, Nismo fuel pump, TSI ecu. My car managed to push 193rwkw@ 13psi. The mods performed to date are: 3 inch exhaust dump pipe air filter pod with fiber glass partition large intercooler bleed valve (turbosmart) Standard turbo It will be posting the dyno graphs once i get my car back around mid next week. Should be interesting to see the before and after figures. Anyone else had any experience with TSI ecu's? for more info go to www.unigroup.com.au and click on the "TSI" button.
