i remember reading a thread about someone that actually put a pod filter in a standard airbox on an r33 (with pics)...and also had a cold air feed from the front of the airbox as preadator mentioned (had a look for the thread but no luck)

I know i know..........another thread about the pod vs Panel filter thread, but all the threads i read on this, the cars are only pushing 150 - 200 rwkw. Say at 250rwkw would there be a restriction with airflow as opposed to a pod filter? I have a POD atm but looking at putting the standard airbox in with the k&n to avoid an epa as i have a fmic also. Anyone had a dyno run to see the differences at this power level? thanks ...Jim

is there a thread on what to look out for on the r32 gtr before purchasing? ie.. rust areas and things like that? and thanks heaps for the reply's guys....might just have a 32gtr next week

well from doing a bit of searching the cheapest ive seen is 19k...and im guessing the cheaper ones arnt ini the best condition and theres one on here for 18990 with a blown box.

My friend has a 90 model r32 gtr. Its in original condition and is in fairly good nick. The colour is charcoal. Has 80,000kms (hes an impoter and its been sitting around for a yr) What do you guys think this would be worth....say as a quick sale? thanks ...Jim

my friend bought his car a few weeks ago with no headunit. After installing the headunit we noticed there was no reception with the antenna. so we followed the plug (antenna) to notice that it runs to where the ecu is and just stops (the end is another ariel plug that is the same as the 1 that goes into the deck). We lifted the carpet up a bit along the side of the pass door to try find if it unplugged from somwhere but to no avail..... Any 1 had this prob before......? had a really good look and cant seem to find a cable that goes towards the ariel. cheers for any help ...Jim

As title states im after a power steering rack from a ser2 r33. With abs/4ws if it makes a diff. Also after the rod thingy that holds the bonnett up (dont know what its called) ...i think mines bent as it dosent sit right Melbourne pickup preffered ...Cheers ..Jim

zilla01 what boost are you running?....i had the profec b s2 on my old r33 and it done it job just fine so i was gonna go with that again i have all other mods needed such as pfc/injectors/pump/fmic so looking to run 18psi.

ah cool cos i have a highflowed turbo in my car but it was already highflowed when i got it......and im running a turbosmart boost cont (those shitty ones) and after putting it onm the dyno my mech said it wont hold more than 10psi so just wondering if i needed to change to an elec boost cont and also change the actuator....or just one of the 2?......what u guys think? and whats an actuator worth these days cheers

when you send in your standard turbo (rb25) to be highflowed.....do they change your actuator to be able to run more boost or is the standard one sufficient ?

asked the wheel shop about some wheels that are 19x8.5 fr +38 and 19x9.5 rear +45 for a r33 gts-t and he said will fit fine just need to run a spacer for the front so it dosent hit the caliper. Ill be going 245 on the front and 275 on the rear....... i previously had 275 on the rear (with a smaller rim) and with my lipped guards cleared. what you guys think they will fit?

r34 gt.... sorry mate but nissan is asking $50 for these caps brand new as they are only 3 little plastics caps. ill offer you $20? cheers ...Jim

underneath the steering hweel there are a few caps that cover the bolts that hold the air bag in There should be three of them they clip out. i need these

how much for front seats and plasticcaps from the airbag steering wheel?
