    It was Garie beach! shared a bit of a wave! Also saw another white R33 south of Woolongong, had mad exhaust stains on the rear bumper! black as f**k!

    Such nice photos! glad to hear its sorted, but yeah the car setup would drastically change the settings used. Maybe on the dyno they can tweak it if necessary! Your car makes me want an R32!!

    I can haz for free anfanee? Can't imagine wanting boost in your center console, needs to be somewhere you can see it when you're hektic boostin' and should hopefully have your eyes on the road...

    Perhaps a conspiracy to force people to drive slower? My soarer and skyline are both spot on with gps, will have to investigate if tyres/wheel combo is what's caused this.

    This: And this especially I was reading a drive review of 2 Porsches, a GT3 and a 911 turbo... both out by up to 6km/h under at 100... pretty exxy cars for just poor accuracy. . Pos daily will have no chance

    No, 100% would be the solenoid never opens, the wastegate actuator never sees pressure andbthe turbo will free boost until it runs out of puff, or R&R or go bang. 0% is solenoid fully open and boost pressure is controlled by wastegate only. Assuming its similar to mine.

    :yes: I was looking at GTR style ones (no badge of course) but seeing the black on white gives a similar effect while maintaining the S symbol

    Have seen a nice looking White R34 in the Sussex St Cinema parking lot twice now. My soarer scrapes in there if I'm not careful...not willing to try and get my R33 in there!!

    What type of ebc is it? I have a Greddy Profec B II i'm going to be installing soon, and I found the manual really handy in explaining all the settings (obviously not in what they should be) but in relation to each other. For example mine says if you're getting boost spikes is commonly due to the START BOOST setting being to close to the SET setting. (i.e. if you set the solenoid not to open until there's 1.2 bar behind it, then there will be a spike, however if you set it start opening at say 0.8 bar the controller has a much better chance of controlling the boost) and finding the right settings takes time and very incremental adjustments. also the settings are a percentage of solenoid duty not the turbo.

    Good notes Adam! Definitely one of the biggest themes of the day was how the driveline is designed with shock absorbing capability, and changing this with stiffer components can lead to damage if the whole system isn't appropriately matched. Needless to say driving style also plays a big part. Very informative day. Thanks again to Award's Terry & Trish, Matt (Deka) and the rest of the SAU:NSW Exec team for putting on a great Tech day, which was also very sociable.

    Ahh fair enough... I forgot the P's reference... I just know in QLD my wife had only Auto licence (Full), but when transferred to NSW there's no mention of that anymore

    NSW licences don't denote manual or auto do they? Or is it in their database?
