some good info there. That means once mine gets repaired it wont be listed as hail damage due to mine being a 95? Hmmm very interestingEdit: heard from the second panel beater and final quote came to around 5100. My agreed value of the car is 11k so by those figures i should be in the clear

They should more then deffinalty allow you to keep the car but im very doubtful about them not listing the car as a write off

Well they have quote for me to get new mouldings around the side windows so i will be checking that. I just cant get over the diffetence in price. Its almost halved

Yeah terry they have. And they mainly do nrma work. So thats probably the nrma assessment centre they told you to go too. Their based on the central coast and they just follow hail storms and open up factory units to do all the insurance work then once its all done they move on somewhere else. Like a travelling circus lol

One was j and r smash in st marys. That was 7600. And this one was by merv shipp. But the dent company was called like power dent or something there on russel st emu

Acutally good news this repairer has given me a rough qoute of no more then 5k. The other one quoted me 7600???

Terrys n1 32 gtr at the mechanics in faulco lol and a really really nice 33 gtr with the plates xxxgtr in penrith driving past my work on castlereagh rd. Have seen it a few times and it has given me happy accidents in my pants -
Just read through it. Yeah i can buy the car back for salvage and have first pick. Still dont know what % of value they work off though

Just enquiring at the present to see if anyone would have a rolling r33 shell. Mine may possibly be written off due to hail. Plan could be to buy it back and transplant all the good bits from one to the other. Shell must be complete as in body parts and not registered as a write off. So if anyone has anything shoot me a pm Thanks

What do you reckon they will say dale? I still have to get one more quote an see what happens. Has anyone ever fought a insurance company in regards to writing a car off due to hail? Because by the look ofthe first quote im going to be right on the boarder line of being written off.

Even better just remove the exhaust from the cat. Its free and also reduces weight win win
