If your Mass Airflow sensor is broken the car won't exceed 2000rpm

I also believe it is for Thermo fan. Perhaps previously the car had after market thermo-fan and that's what was left in your vehicle after removal

Hi guys does anyone know bolt size/ length and thread size of two bolts required to attach slave cylinder to 6 speed box?

I don't believe that it is just a contact or sticker, my believe is that you also have to apply heat like shrink wrap unless there is a product that is like a contact

Correct me if i am wrong. The tweaked Nismo version wouldnt come with cvt because of the cvts limit with torque. As far as i am aware the cvt which holds record for highest torque output is the JR006E which was on the skyline v35 gt-8. I dont believe the brains at Nismo would even concider cvt. I do like the look of the car though. Maybe a 6 speed M/t would be the go.

Yes 89CAL you are correct......Lol i merely speed over conversation and perhaps my current 6 sp gearbox issues (synchros) are plagueing my mind.

I have just finished conversion of my gt-8 to 6sp M/T. The only exsisting issue is to customise centre console which i have decided to buy an E-stopp parkbrake system which really is just providing hole for switch......I strongly believe that it is cost feasible to do conversion. Cvt oil is roughly just under $1000 every service interval of 20000km. A conversion kit is around $2000. If you are mechanically knowledged you shall find conversion of a medium factor. What a lot dont add to cost saving is that once M/T is installed you now have your vehicle tare weight under 1500kg ( with cvt = 1550KG). This in New South Wales equates to a yearly registration saving of around $140. I WAS A MECHANIC BACK IN 94' HOWEVER REALLY WOULD HAVE LIKED FOR A SHOP TO CONVERT FOR THE SIMPLICITY OF HAVING A HOIST. I WENT TO 40 DIFFERENT SHOPS AND ALL SAID NO EVEN THOUGH I WROTE STEP TO STEP INSTRUCTIONS. MODERN MECHANICS TODAY JUST WANT TO SERVICE, REALLY ARE YOU SURE YOU ARE MECHANIC!!!!!!!!!!!! Hi again maybe go on eBay and buy mechanical handbook which is available on dvd. On this disk is every a manual for every skyline from 2002 to 2009. Not expensive and will answer every future problem. Give it a go.
